My poor 75yr old husband just came in with heat exhaustion. I've cooled him down and have him drinking Gatorade. He's works too hard. He's also a quadruple bypass survivor. Prayers for him. That he'll slow his pace down. Thanks Patara Remember y'all to Pray, Plan, Prep
I still have and cherish the little New Testament that my 5th grade teacher gave the entire class in 1968. Imagine THAT happening today! We need it back sorely.
I'm 51yr old no children. I seen the signs back in 2020 and it set a fire under me. I taught myself how to van up 3yrs worth of food just for me. Not allowed firearms in this country however I am prepared to protect myself and what I have I am not afraid to use it! I tried to warn people to not take the inoculation, cried, pleaded and begged. Now they all having regret. I moved to a different city and it was the best thing I could of done this year. I am prepared for the long walk ahead. Best wishes to all preppers out there. I have to say, before I came to know Jesus, I used to have constant panic attacks. I know now that God is in control, not the people who "think" that they are in control. The so-called leaders and elite are so spiritually poor that I actually feel sorry for them because I know what the end of the book says. Call on Jesus today if you are facing panic, depression, or feelings of confusion.
Took 2 year old grandson to beach last week. It was worth the bill! Dr visit this week. His liver test shows his blood flow is 'wired' backwards. He has no kidneys (peritoneal dialysis). HINTONS not on the registry for transplants at the moment. Please pray for God to give the Dr's a solution.
My husband works his 40 hours, sometimes more, by clock out on Thursday. Last summer, I asked his parents to stop asking him to work for his Dad on Friday. Husband and I agree that whoever saw them first would do so. My husband has atrial fibrillation and will be 50 in August. The man needs rest on Fridays. They are still mad. They can stay mad. We need him.
My husband is 59 and has A-fib as well. Usually works his 40 hours and then spends the weekend doing more stuff, usually outside. He has slowed down a little. At least he comes home from work and will rest, and he has a very physical/strenuous job. I try to get him to slow down some, but it doesn't always work.
I totally understand. I too am battling depression and anxiety for quite sometime now and with everything that is happening in the world just makes me feel worse. Don’t give up. I just keep trying to add to my prepping as much as I possibly can to protect & provide for myself and 2 friends. I don’t have any family here. I pray every day and I will add you to my prayer list. I had to laugh at my oldest daughter (19) the other day. She has been fighting me because I REFUSE to eat out. She said she wanted to take us out. So her, her little sister and I went to Subway. 3 sandwiches and 3 cookies, no drink, $64. The guy told her the price at the end, and she just stood there for a long second. She was so shocked! After we sat down, I had to dig at her, and I said, "Sandwiches at home sound so much better now, doesn't it?" She said that she will take her lunches from now on 😂
Oh my, I would have made her do the math first before anyone ordered, $64.00 is a lot of sandwiche fixing there is no way I would let my kiddo, do this. ❤
@haroldhodge7770 Who would have thought running a county on debt would catch up to it? 34.7 trillion dollars in debt and borrowing a trillion dollars almost every 100 days now.
I know of someone who helped a neighbor fix thier lawn mower and in return, the neighbor shared some fruit going to waste. They now have a back and forth on more than one thing without anything resembling a barter system. Just neighbors giving thier extras back and forth when they arrise. This person has given relief to another neighbor by taking wood and branches leftover when a tree was removed; else the neighbor was looking at renting a truck and maybe hiring a crew. - Reach out and talk with neighbors, family friends, co-workers, fellow parishioners, etc.. for the short term but also with a thought of the future.
My sister and her family and I are doing the same !! Share the burden and we all will suceed ! We are sharing the gospel too..we don't want anyone to parish !! 💗💗💗
I believe none of these problems can be solved except by Spiritual Warfare.. Prepare your house physically and spiritually. God has already won the battle but we are still here to go through it. Prayers for all of you. 🙏🙏🙏
My folks made it through the depression, and so will I. I come from some tough and determined stock.😊. We will be better prepared because we know it's coming.🙏
Our son and his wife found a house! It needs some elbow grease but it is structurally a solid house, a few updates and move in ready. It was an inherited home and they priced it to sell and it did! They will be way less than the 28% rule for payment vs gross income. We are very very thankful.
Please let this soak in your soul: the Lord says in Psalm 28:15 "I will not leave you until I have done for you everything I have promised you". His promises can be counted on!
Agree on talking to folk. I've made a point of chatting with people in check out lines . . . just a friendly comment, 'I love your hair, earrings, shoes, etc.' If they have dog or cat food in their cart, I mention I have pets, and ask about theirs. Just chat for a moment and see how they relax and smile. A little bit of normal brightens both our days. ❤
Praying for our nation like never before. With the massive increase in inflation my Social Security check doesn’t leave me with any breathing room. I can’t get 5 cans, but I can get one. We all need to stay prayed up, informed and prepped as best we can do. It’s very hard to walk this road alone, but I am yoked together with my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. A box of Annie’s organic Mac n cheese at kroger is 5.00… absolutely ridiculous… Kraft is $1.25 a box… anyone else remember not too long ago it was 2/$1?! Make from scratch… healthier and cheaper!
We are living at the end of the church age! His coming is drawing near. It doesn’t mean we don’t prep and pray but it does mean we need to keep our eyes on Jesus! Prophecy has an expiration date, God’s mercy has an expiration date and life on this earth as we know it, has an expiration date. The tribulation is at the door! I know believers are going home and I know unbelievers are not. They will face the most horrific time in history. Pray for the lost, pray for the weak and the weary, pray for the brokenhearted. We need Jesus! My cry is also my blessed hope, “come Jesus come!” Maranatha!
My husband and I have talked to our pre teens and basically came up with the conclusion that we will all have to live together forever. They may not get a chance to be out in the world on their own. If it's this bad now.... Ten years from now will not be any better.
I am an elderly woman who has lived on her own for many many years and taking care of my own business pretty successfully but now it seems like any little bump in the road almost makes me fall apart so I have to take time away from listening to all this going on but thankfully people like you help me to see the truth and give me peace of mind
Recently retired from my banking job. So many people I helped through out the years were driving through our drive through, with no valid ID/Drivers license 😮 So, if you have no license to drive, I must assume no insurance coverage either(?) No wonder I hate to leave my home now. Be careful out there!!
I carry a pocket Bible with me everywhere I go and I repeat this simple prayer whenever I'm doing something that doesn't require a lot of thought like weeding the garden, dusting the house, driving, etc......Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me, a sinner.

Most homes cannot spare the space to be a 1 year, 2 year, let lone a 3 year stockpile of everything you might buy at the grocery, clothing, diy, and other stores. Oh, while getting and remaining out of debt, setting aside an X-month ahead savings, retirement funds, college gunds for the kids, and all the rest. - Pick your priorities, goals, and efforts; put them in phases not just ideals and switch emphasis as individual phases are reached. Most of all, take comfort in EVERY effort achieved even if it is just one extra can of green beans this week. Dont dwell in the fears.

A couple of weeks before Independence Day and there are NO flags on display on the homes of our street. That is very different in our area. Depression is high. You can see it on the faces of almost everyone. Our country is in distress. I want to hang my flag upside down but I am fearful of our home being targeted. This is not the country I knew. God give us courage for the battle.
Same here in South Carolina no rain in probably a month now, I pray for rain every day. It’s been so hot and humid here it’s ridiculous. Prayers for your sweet nana.
I totally believe we’re going to experience a crash. I also believe it’s a planned event as much as the 2020 plandemic we all experienced. Prayer, prep and being peaceful is all we can do and hope for the best.
My small town use to be great but now it really looking like a fifteen minute city with all the town home's going up and all the single housing being sold and torn down. We are also changing the roads and building more businesses. It's really bad, but my home is paid for and I'm standing my ground. I was born here and I'll die here.I'm scared and 74.

Keep an eye on Blackrock/ Blackstone. They were at the G7 summit discussing with the leaders taking over the infrastructure, privaticing everything, roads, housing, Hospitals, utilities, waste management etc renting it all back to us at max. profits for their investors. Blackrock is currently holding 10 trillion$.
We are debt free, have a Garden, can etc. We rarely rarely eat out anymore, so pricey and then a tip. We live comfortably on one income as long as we dont go nuts. We own home, vehicle and tractor. and ten acres. I feel for the ones who just continue to spend and blow money like its growing on a tree in their backyard. And there reason is usually you have to enjoy life, only live once , everything in moderation but its not in moderation. I see some being one mishap away from a huge disaster and I worry and fear for them. But they are living care free by the seat of their pants. I do have a wonderful hubby who is at my side, not perfect but at my side and shops with me and keeps me safe . Also two wonderful grown sons, one who is a firemen. Both protecters. I am Blessed and lucky. I just wish others would get there crap together.Thank you Patara for all your info.
Blessings! So many people are leaving us and so much chaos! My MIL just had last rites given to her this morning. My sister is in ICU from being bitten by a black widow last night. And my cat alerted us to a huge water moccasin on our front yard sidewalk yesterday afternoon. Too much chaotic energy right now for me. Taking a deep breath and saying prayers for all of us.
People are driving like they are absolutely out of their minds, all over the country, for a couple years now. I see people making maneuvers in big top heavy SUVs and trucks that I wouldn't have had the guts to do in a Camaro when I was 16. I don't know how they even keep them upright.
We were out running errands the other day and stopped into a Chick-fil-A for a quick lunch. We went in and the minute we saw that a basic burger meal was over $15, we walked out! I refuse to support that insanity!
I was in a long line at a local store here in Michigan, a young girl ahead of me, about 21 or 22 in age, turned to me and said this line would be done in 5 minutes of it were in China! She threw up her arms and said " all of you living in the US are doomed" wait until you see what you will be paying for food in a few years!

My sister and I just returned home from the Food Independence Summit in Berlin Ohio. I made sure while I was in the Amish area to stock up on my spices, wheat berries , oats and other items. We learned so much at the summit.
We took a short trip this weekend. We were shocked by the number of closed restaurants along the highway. Even common chain restaurants have closed and gone.
We are going through the same things , resteraunts are to expensive, we don't go anymore , we look for sales everyday so we can stock up for winter , if canned veggies are on sale with a two year expiery date we buy 30 cans ,
I've got to work on it - paying attention to my wife and listening to her. She talks a lot! Me, I can go a full day without speaking a word. If I think about it though, in our fifty years together, she has been a better "barometer" of what's going on in our marriage, in our home, and generally, in the world, than I am. So, yeah, I heard you and I'm listening too. Having said that, how long I'll remember is another thing...

Ask pastor to bring single ladies together. Do a project Daughter suggested hand crocheting plastic bags to give to homeless people to sit on to keep them off the ground. There are other projects. Ask around You won't be alone anymore
The heat doesn't tend to improve people's moods either especially when they are super stressed to begin with. Even a simple smile or a hello in passing can be enough to brighten someone's day. Let them know that they are not invisible. Be patient with others.

It's so easy to make delicious food at home, especially with all the gadgets available now. Casseroles and other baked food can be set in an oven and programmed to cook and be ready right before you get home. I cook in batches, so that I don't have to cook every day.
I went to the store the other day and bought just a regular candy bar for the first time in years. When the cashier said $3.08 I was so shocked. But shouldn’t have been thanks to FJB.
I shop small businesses whenever I can. I have a friend who grows organic produce & I go buy from her at a farmers market. I go to an independent grocery store that specializes in healthier food options. I like to support small farmers & vendors. Those connections will be important in the future.
It's sad there. I follow a lady that takes care of stray cats and dogs.goes all over to feed them. Makes me so sad .but I'm so glad someone cares for the fur babies!
I found myself checking out this weekend. I can’t stand watching the news any longer. I did spend more time in my garden but now I feel uninformed and behind.
