I tend to agree. Material dilution is unlikely now. I would expect them to focus on getting to break even or a bit into the positive a bit before looking to raise. Then, if they need acceleration of operational capacity, they should be able to raise at MUCH better valuations.

The market is highly efficient at pricing in the future, WITH INFORMATION THAT IS KNOWN, AVAILABLE, AND MEASUREABLE, even when intangible, like patents. When a third party entity, and i stress INDEPENDENT THIRD PARTY, places a value on an otherwise unpriced subsidiary, THE MARKET WILL ADD THAT IMMEDIATELY TO THE PRICE. IF it doesn't, for whatever reason, lack of visibility via public announcement, mistrust, confusion, whatever, IT MUST BE CORRECTED. THERE IS NO FREE LUNCH. SOMEBODY, SOMEWHERE, AT SOME POINT, SOONER RATHER THAN LATER, WILL PAY. PERIOD.

The new chip they nio is making. That is supposed to be superior to all is made in U.S.? We need this chip to create a lot of revenue and no dependency on Nvidia

2:52 stock price tends to go down when bona fide market makers in the us are permitted to sell the securities they do not own and never intend to purchase, these fails to deliver go to etf's (xrt on reg sho for 1700+days) drive the price not Nio's fundamentals. William li says he's aware of the short selling mechanisms except I am not sure he is aware of the extent.

NIO needs to show progresses with good metrics and unfortunately more than US stocks. NIO trend is good since the start of the year so hopefully they can carry on to deliver especially and the financial side.

Your analysis makes sense. Holding NIO and trying to follow the news. It's a challenge but the advanced technology of NIO should prevail. NIO's success should begin in China....overseas market should begin with friendly countries. BYD is leading the charge into overseas markets. NIO's lower priced brands should be successful. Expansion of Swap stations is a big cash burn and definitely not a spending priority. Swap stations can progress at a slower pace.

if NIO wants to raise cash it should move to list on the stock exchange its other business like nio power or chips business or phone business or niolife etc

Since IPO in September of 2018, NIO has averaged 28 million shares of dilution every single month! If you are an investor and think this is ok, or “normal”, then go ahead and invest in this dilution machine!
