Hey man, great stuff, always informative strategy on local SEO. Question: Do you recommend I build out nearly all neighborhood pages? Most don't have any keyword volume. This is something that has been on my mind for over 2 years.
If it matches your business, for sure. Don’t worry about keyword volume. You’ll get it from the top level keyword you’re targeting. Let Google match you up. Good good question.

I see that some local services compare or list other services in like a "Top 5 Dentist cleaning service in London" style of page. Great video! I find that it’s almost impossible to get people to leave reviews. Maybe you have to give them something in return like a discount? I get good feedback on my e-commerce site and the products people buy, but they rarely leave reviews.

How to re-rank previously created GMB. It would have been better if you told the process of GMB ranking because everyone says how to create a new GMB, but no one teaches how to rank a client's GMB if it is already created. If you would say something about it, I will optimize it and rank it. How to optimize and color if the GMB is already created, because no one practically teaches how to rank the client's GMB is already created.
When building out these pages, say Dentist in London. Do you make these as blog pages or seperate pages. If it’s the latter, do I need to have them visible on my footer, or can it just rest on my sitemap? Thanks you the best
