Absolutely, but it’s related to the location of the work. Hence it could be kinda struggling

Yes , absolutely. I missed Lavapiés, a very multicultural neighborhood. I love it. Maybe I'll have to make a specific video on that one ☺️

Amazing content and great help @livinginmadridspain : I’m relocating in September with my family and wanted to know more about Valdefuentes area? Can you share , international schools, location from city , ease of public transport and if we need a car? Thanks
@livinginmadridspain
@livinginmadridspain Год назад
Thank you very much for your kind comment @rodneynadasen481 !! About your question, Valdefuentes is a neighborhood in the northern limit of Hortaleza district, that covers the residential areas of Sanchinarro, Valdebebas, Virgen del Cortijo, Las Cárcavas, and El Encinar de los Reyes. I've already talked about Sanchinarro in some of my videos, and right now it's the only one I'd really recommend, if your intention is to live for 1 to 5 years. The reason for this is that Valdebebas is a neighborhood that has limited commuting options to the rest of the city, with only one Cercanías station, so it's quite car-dependent. But if you're planning to buy, the area of Valdebebas is very hot now, with a lot of new construction going on, and in a decade, the price will have increased considerably, so it's a great investment option. As for schools, there are not many options, with only St. George International School in Sanchinarro, but you would be very close to La Moraleja, that hosts some of the most prestigeous International Schools in the whole country.

Very good and helpful if we wanted to relocate to Spain from USA...as we do. Do you cover other Spanish cities other than Madrid? By the way we loved Madrid and Saville, and are strongly considering Seville to repeat to.

Its nice video 🤝 i just ask about Getafe and parla Are they good for family to live? and there are good jobs as foreigners? Are both towns near from Madrid?
@livinginmadridspain
@livinginmadridspain Месяц назад
@@mohamedhesham8055 Getafe is certainly nearer than Parla and there are nice areas for foreign families to live in both (Getafe is slightly better in my opinion). Regarding jobs, I suppose it depends on your skills and curriculum, but Getafe is quite big and offers more options too. Said this, I'd be open to other areas too, like Rivas, or Leganés, or Ensanche de Vallecas

@@mohamedhesham8055 2 bed 1 bath, 80sqm aptmnt for around 1200-1300€ more or less. You can find it for less if you don't mind oldish style apartments or no-lift 3rd floor or things like that

Thanks for your words! Do you mean "Las Rozas", in the NorthWest of Madrid? Anyway, it will basically depend on your budget and your lifestyle. It's an awesome area in any case ;) You can contact me if you need further help. cheers!

@ge-ge-ge7953 5 месяцев назад
@livinginmadridspain yes, Las Rozas, budget is around €2 million without any mortgage. Which one justifies the value better ?
@livinginmadridspain
@livinginmadridspain 5 месяцев назад
@@ge-ge-ge7953 With that budget you can access both villas and luxury apartments and you'd be happy with any of them. As I said in my previous comment, it would mainly depend on you lifestyle, necessities, circumstances and purpose of the purchase. I'd need more information to give you a more precise advise. I suggest you call me or send me a WhatsApp so we can have a deeper conversation about this if you want. Absolutely no compromise. Iust want to help you make the best decission. If not, you can have a look at my last two videos where I talk about buying and negotiating a home in Madrid, but still, I recommend you to count on a professional buyer's agent for this huge step. Have a great day, sir!

I would love to live and work in Spain someday and, in particular, I adore Madrid. But I don't think there are very many jobs in my area of work (biotechnology). Do you know if there are many Biotech companies in Spain?

I would be very interested to see what the political environment is in Madrid that makes it a negative for business and expats. Please investigate for us!
@livinginmadridspain
@livinginmadridspain Год назад
I love talking about politics in a private enviroment, but it is hard to give an objective and impartial point of view in this issue. Having said this, I will try to make a video about it. SPOILER: Although I don't particularly approve the Madrid government right now, I do not agree with the opinion that says that this is a particularly bad factor as for business and expats.

How are suburbs in far north west? near Alpedrete
@livinginmadridspain
@livinginmadridspain 3 месяца назад
It's an amazing area I must say... Collado Villalba is the biggest town in the area, with more than 60K inhabitants and all the services and commodities, well connected to Madrid with buses and light train. The rest are small towns, from 5 to 15k people, near the mountains, with great hiking (and cycling) paths and with a lot of life. And because is further away than Pozuelo or Majadahonda, it is also much less expensive.

In fact I speak about this area in my video "⭐WHY You Should Move To These 10 AMAZING MADRID SUBURBS ⭐ (Part 2)" ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-YHmymDxKpZk.htmlsi=hDvhUdwaPKzD1a4L&t=213
