Love that you’re starting to do yoga daily again. My daily yoga journey began in 2021 with Yoga with Adriene and I’ve just finished 3 years of daily yoga. 😊

Somehow your video reminds me of starting a thousand things but having trouble actually finishing anything or even getting halfway through it... If anyone knows the feeling, I'll share my experience with it here, maybe it will help someone. All that helped me was to be aware of what I really, really need or what I really longed for in my hobby life. Not because of the beautiful YT videos or pictures on Pinterest and the thought that it's so pretty and I want to do it too, no, I'm talking about a break where I didn't pursue any creative hobby for weeks and felt something inside myself I honestly miss it. Is it something concrete or more of a feeling, or something that can be implemented in different ways? So during the break I thought about a solution which creative activity would best capture my needs. So I tested what felt really, really good, where I enjoyed the preparation and the process in equal measure. Narrowing the whole thing down to a small number of solutions beforehand prevented me from falling back down the rabbit hole and starting a thousand things. Even today I still have things that I start and don't finish, or test and find not practical, I'm a typical zodiac sign Gemini. But to my relief it has reduced massively and, above all, this no longer happens to me with extremely expensive items because I only treat myself to them if I really stick with something. All of these projects that I had started were like memorials and made me feel bad, especially when they were high-quality products that I had spent a lot of money on, which put a double mental burden on me... Everyone, please excuse the lecture. Have fun and remember that a hobby should make you nothing but happy! ❤

There are so many excellent planners! I have definitely needed to simplify the number I use; otherwise, l would need one just to track the others! I have it down to a Midori Three-Year journal and a Hobonichi Techo A6. I use the latter to plan my day, and the former to make a record of it. Thanks for sharing your plans and lessons! Your videos are wonderfully centering!

The Nolty planner looks good. This year i am sticking with the same as 2023. My personal rings planner which conveniently houses my daily journal in the back pocket (an MD B6 slim) Everything in one place works for me. I then use my travelers notebook for my ink exploration and currently inked.

I’ve been using a Hobonichi Weeks and then the A6 Techo for a few years, seems I start off good but about 6 months into the year, start slacking, and use sporadically if at all. Now it’s February and I haven’t even bought a planner yet…that’s how much of a procrastinator I am. Thinking about a Travelor’s Notebook this year.
