Jacob and Heli is the same person. He is the Father of Joseph who the father of Jesus. There is no contradiction on it. Jesus came to be man like you and me ( means if men is hungry then Jesus too hungry, if man if sleep then Jesus too is sleep, but all he did is perfectly did with purpose) If man can have sins then Jesus too can have sins by carrying all our sins in himself (though sins which is not of himself), if man can died Jesus too can died but die as pure sacrifice for all humanity and rose on the third day. The hours is known only by the Father because Jesus did perfectly the will of his Father by not demanding when he is ready to come for the second times. Because Jesus wanted us too that we should be prepared always like Jesus who prepared and ready to come at anytime His father wanted him to do his work.

This doesn’t necessarily mean father but can mean descendant. Luke’s geneology is even more vague where it says of between every name so it goes “of Joshua, of Eliezer, of Jorim” and so on. So this “contradiction” with the necessary context is silly.

Thats why I like reviewing Muslim Channels because they point out these "contradictions" . At first I was shocked because they seem like valid points but honestly, if you do your own due dilligence you will conclude that the information he is presenting is based on his biased and not of in debth research to gain understanding. It actually makes me sharper in the bible. By the way, the bible is kryptonite for Satan and his demons. They dont want you to read the bible.

Jesus being God is not about not having father or mother but Jesus is the one without sins and perfectly done the will of his father (God). But we human right from Adam till today nobody is without sins. Jesus said nobody is good except God. Hence Jesus is God because he is good (without sins).

John the baptised (messenger of God) said Jesus is more than a prophet. 3. John 8:23-24 Jesus said I AM not from this world but from heaven. 4. Moses build the ark of covenants with tablets of 10 commandments kept inside it which the Israeli bow down. Ark is Mary that conceived Jesus (word that became flesh). There is evidence of this sprinkled throughout the gospels, including that the angels ministered to him after being tempted by Satan. So I would say that he does know now, he just didn’t at that point. How does this pertain to the topic at hand? My guess is that you turned to this as a distraction so that we ignore how your Dawah guys really messed up.

The Greek manuscripts are not the words of Jesus either. It's translated from other manuscripts too. Since you don't have the original scipture, the Aramaic gospel of Jesus, you can never accurately know what Jesus really said.

@@laccess911 i’m telling you that the translation that Uthman is using to build this alleged contradiction is incredibly misleading because that English translation inserts familial relations that the original Greek does not contain. This means that the contradiction that he is bringing to these Christians is not a contradiction. Because Uthman is asking, who is Joseph’s father? The answer is that we don’t know because the original Greek does not contain the word father or son. Heli or Jacob could be Joseph’s father, but it is also the case that someone other than Heli or Jacob is Joseph’s father. All that we know from these genealogies is that Joseph is the ancestor of both Jacob and Heli in some regard. Which means that there is no contradiction here. It is so clear for anyone who understands what the original Greek says that there is no contradiction. i’m saying that the English version inserted words that indicate familial relations that may not necessarily be true. But that’s fine because that’s a translation of the original Greek. The original Greek stays intact, even when the English translation doesn’t follow the Greek as well as it should. You’re right that Jesus didn’t write them down. But the gospels contain many direct quotes of Jesus. There was never an Aramaic gospel of Jesus. Unless you can show me proof otherwise, outside of the Quran, you’re going to need to show substantial evidence to your claim.

@@laccess911 yes, that is the correct word. And you will see that the English translation does not use this word of begat but instead uses father. There are also gaps in the lineage that the Jews would be incredibly aware of. For example, it skips three generations between Joram and Uzziah. This is something that the author of this genealogy would be aware of and excluded these generations knowing that the audience would understand when the author says ἐγέννησεν, he means descends from. Based on how the author uses ἐγέννησεν, it is clearly showing that this word does not mean direct descendent.

Therefore, Paul is irrelevant, why is he afraid of God sending an angel to correct him? Because he's a liar. Romans 3:7 "But if by my lie God’s truth is amplified to His glory, why am I also still judged as a sinner?" By your logic, anyone can claim to have seen visions of Jesus, how do you know who's saying the truth? What's the point of God sending prophets? Quran was sent by Allah swt from Heaven thru Angel Gabriel P who delievered to Muhammad PBUH. Muhammad PBUH memorzed it word for word and asked his companions to memorize it and also write it. The written was verified by the Prophet and after his death they gathered in one book and again verified by the companions who memorized them word for word. Today over 15 millions have memorized it word for word entire 114 chapters. The entire Quran is mermorized in the fasting month and this tradition is continiued from the time of companions and until today. No one change the Quran The God Himself took responsiblity of preserving it.

And this has remained same from the ume of the prophet till date. Islam abhors lies and is the only religion that doesn't depend on the whims amd caprices cf its adhérents for it's interprétations. Islam is the only religion that agrees with our sound intellect and reasoning. Islam appeals to sound reasoning and not blind belief like other religions.

As for what he said concerning Jesus, not knowing; not all Christians are Trinitarians, there has always been Christians who do not accept the Trinity, it's a falicy to believe that we all think Jesus, was The Almighty God... of course Jesus didn't know everything, He's not The Almighty God. All of these "contradictions" are "contradictions" for those who don't study the Bible.
