Maybe book subscription boxes cost 3 points instead of 5? You are getting a book, but in most cases you don’t get to chose what the book is, so it being “cheaper” seems fair to me.
Really disappointed in the use of the word 'delulu'. I know it's a Tiktok trend or w/e but it's extremely ableist and very harmful for people with delusions, paranoia, and other obsessive disorders. It dismisses a real issue by joke-ifying it. Do you know how hard it is to get taken seriously when talking about your fears and paranoid thoughts when everywhere you look people are going "lol delulu". Unsubbed.
I am really sorry that I offended you. I never personally think poorly of people who actually suffer with delusions and paranoia, or even associate the popular social term "delulu" with the different serious medical diagnosis' that feature actual delusions. My understanding is that "delulu" is a descriptive and playful term that people use on themselves or their peers in a mostly non offensive way to describe the unrealistic expectations that we set on ourselves that are impossible to achieve. To me its a newly developed word not associated with actual delusions or mental illnesses but perhaps I am incorrect. It never crossed my mind that this would actually be considered offensive. Again I am sorry and I'll remove it from my title and be mindful moving forward. I know you've already unsubbed, which is probably for the best but I don't want to hurt anyone especially not the people who are still supportive.
@@TatyanaVogt Hi. I'm so sorry for this comment I made. I've thought about it a lot since I posted it and I realize I was absolutely terrible and uncharitable toward you to it. My own mental health is not an excuse for treating someone poorly. I'm very, very sorry. I don't think it's that big of a deal. I think you are a wonderful, kind person who tries very hard, and I overreacted and spoke out of turn. I will do better at not posting angry comments in the future.
