Hello sir, this is regarding the madanayakanalli location coming under dasanapura hobli. Almost all sites in dasanapura hobli is revenue site and everyone telling now these locations have been upgraded to nagarasabhe. Can you give some information related to this nagarsabhe concept and when probably we can get our revenue land with gramatana khata (khata, RTC and Mutation in the name of the layout builder) to proper BBMP katha. I have a plot in this location.

If u bought that house from another person and if u have proper sale deed then you can approach grampanchayat and request them for khata because any problem bought before 2013 might get E khata.

But that space that time wrongly registered in my fathers brother name. Now my brother verified and wants that to register in his name. Everyone knows about previous patition. Since you already purchased no need to worry about that, I suggest you not to leave the plot empty, if u not built anything on the plot just build 10*10 room and take a electric connection and fence the plot with barbed wire and mentioned your details in that property, try to pay the property tax in panchayat office directly since it is a manual katha keep the paid receipt handy, if possible sell the property and try to buy it in a approved layout. This is completely your decision. Some time government will do invite for akkarama and sakkrama then u pay betterment charges and convert your land. You cannot purchase the land which belongs to sc/st gov grant land. For that you need DC approval. And what is not easy to get approval from DC. Stay away from SC/ST land .

Sir am getting site where it is 9/11 manual katha.. My lawyer is asking for computerised katha.. When I ask land owner he is telling he don't have computerised katha they provide only manual katha.. So there won't be any issue no sir buying manual katha 9/11

No if it 9/11 u should get computerized katha and last week as per high court order as on 2 of March 2023. Writ petition no - 4821 of 2023. It is mandatory to issue e khata when they manual katha from gram panchayat office. So plz ask your land owner to provide the e khata if he say stories avoid that property.

@@kannadacitizen if it is located anywhere around yelahanka then if they have paid betterment charges during nagarasabha ( before 2007) you will get A khata . But you must have betterment charges paid receipt. Otherwise even it is A khata ( got it through bribe ) you will face problem in future.

Yes sir only if the documents are legally correct you can purchase it, in future once it becomes part of BBMP or BDA you can pay betterment fee or during akkarama shakramma announcement you can pay the penalty fine and convert it to A Katha.

Registration started but u need to pay 50k bribe to sub registrar to register ur revenue site. Contact any real-estate broker or agent to get ur registration done.

Yes, only the documents are clear without any litigation and if it not near any drain, Lake and rajakaluve and also check in BDA is there any future plans in that area like layout formation or any road planned on your property.
