Hello sir, this is regarding the madanayakanalli location coming under dasanapura hobli. Almost all sites in dasanapura hobli is revenue site and everyone telling now these locations have been upgraded to nagarasabhe. Can you give some information related to this nagarsabhe concept and when probably we can get our revenue land with gramatana khata (khata, RTC and Mutation in the name of the layout builder) to proper BBMP katha. I have a plot in this location.

If B katha can be converted to A katha following the steps you outlined, then one can purchase DC convertion site without latout approval and statt building home, pay taxes and when BBMP comes it can be converted to A katha ?
