Ingredients (indicative doses):
500 g of courgettes
extra virgin olive oil
garlic
basil
sage
mint
Origan
hot pepper
black pepper
salt
Blanch the courgettes in water and vinegar, heating for 3 - 4 minutes after the water starts boiling again. The proportion of water and vinegar is: 1L of water and 300 ml of vinegar.
