If You be Teacher and You have experienced any of the things he said, drop it in the comment section. You are going need to need popcorn and water because your man really spoke facts this 40mins+ video!!!🔥🔥🔥
*THE ONLY HOPE AND ADVISE I CAN GIV U AS BRO AND FAN IS THAT , JUST STOP THE TEACHING AND MAKE UP UR MIND UP ON UR RU-vid AND MANY BUSINESS BCOS THAT WILL BRING MORE INCOME AND STOP WASTING UR YOUTHFUL AGE BRO, TNX*
Im a teacher too and it's very sad...sometimes it's like someone wants to punish us for being teachers...Yes I bought my own textbooks. All he's saying is true
The passion in his speech shows the intensity of pain he and all the teachers feel. As for our leaders dierr unless John the Baptist comes down and baptize them oo na adwen nasei🥺
Kwadwo pls I will be glad to get Teacher Kwadwo 'contact to support him in his movement. I am a digital marketer ,a creative and photographer .. I am a teach as well . Just like he said we get our something to eat by grace so ..".I have nothing to lose " GES system must be fixed
If you are a teacher in Ghana believe you me, you will know this is 💯% true✔ Teachers are suffering, we need more people to come on board and support this cause🙏 God bless Teacher Kwadwo for this initiative✔
Teacher Kojo is highly knowledgeable because he addresses the problems to supposed or the right people in charge, GOD Bless you for your care and compassion.
These teachers are really forcing and trying all their possible best to bring out a meaningful outcome but lacks the needed resources which will help bring out the best for quality education. Teacher Kwadwo is really speaking from his heart.. 👏🏿Bigups
Teaching is one of the hardest profession, yet the most disrespected...Our education system need reforms in favor of teachers... Without the appropriate or pertinent tools and resources for teaching, how can schools function effectively, and how can students experience quality education? ... We urge the minister of education to do something about this dreadful and atrocious situation teachers are facing.🙏🏽
Wow, massive respect for teacher Kwadwo. I wish all other workers in government institutions will speak up like this, to reform our institutions. This is really great. You have our massive support and respect.
Everything said is true and factual. GES as a government institution has become virtually useless. For the Teacher Union, the least said about them, the better. The sheer disrespect in our profession by our own elect President is disheartening to us all. We can’t and won’t be mute in this profession anymore. The time is now.
Kwadwo Sheldon, the lesson notes are on the internet already which they told us to download and use it, but now we're to write it, I've bought about eight of the books, it's very true
I'm a science teacher from a secondary school, you cant complain about how things are going. a classroom space is even a problem. Thanks for the noise teacher Kojo is making about our situation
this guy should be sponsored to study public policy for education reform and if ghana is not ready for him, another country may love to have him. big ups man !
Is very heart breaking to be a teacher like myself. Teaching computing without even electricity in our schools come to talk of computer 🖥️💻 is sad and we keep on comparing ourselves with the white 😭😭😭😭😭😭
Mr Sheldon has covered himself in glory by hitting Teacher Kwejo with hard questions. This reminds me of Kweku Oforu Ampofo’s interviews. I am sure going on Delay Show has done Mr Sheldon a world of good. Top notch interview. Very educative and insightful. More of these ‘Yawa’ please!!!!
I’m a teacher myself, there is no single lie in what he said,in-fact slavery is even an understatement,we are bleeding..Write lesson note and don’t go to class, you are safe😂😂
I understand his frustration very well. I thought for more than 15 years and the frustration I went through and for GNAT the least said about them the better.
Teacher Kwadwo ❤️🔥....big ups Sheldon 👏. My problem with politics is the DCE's and MCE's; they have the core responsibility as leaders in various districts since they take Common Fund, nanso they do nothing 🤦
What ever he said is the absolute truth, I was a teach in GES too, I experienced the worst, I thought for 25 months without pay, when it came they gave me three months salary, I left GES for America now, teaching wll be the last profession I would advise my kids to choose...thanks for voicing out at least someone is talking 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 # 📍#FixtheGoddamnGES 📍
It very sad. I know why public will work hard but the gouvenement will not pay for months. When the workers complained , the gouvenement will tell them to have patience for the wages. The same gouvenement made a law that it is illegal to not bad your workers.
These are solid facts and I even used to teach coding and IT in a private institution, there are so many gaps in the educational system, from the ground up, from salaries to resources, it's f**king sickening. Good to see the youthful ones are rising, Teacher Kwadwo, keep fighting.
The real danger is that, education shapes a person's values and outlook of life. An uneducated person still has to eat and survive. And when it comes to survival, everything is up for grabs, including lives. So let them keep planting these socio-economic landmines. One day we'll all have to walk through that field.
It’s really unfortunate when we have to take these guys seriously than parliamentarians. This is what bad governance leads to. Big ups Teacher Kwadwo n Sheldon
I am an educator in the U.K and would like to come to Ghana to help bring reforms to our education sector BUT politics of NPP and NDC is not helping….The whole education sector needs an overhaul. From the curriculum, to school structure to building infrastructure ( modernisation) and facilities , to teacher training and development (different routes into teaching) and then teacher salary structure …The biggest one is exam board…single exam board is not great! DATA and records is another area. …..so many things are wrong with our system
Trust me when I say we have gurus in education in Ghana who came from abroad but can't seem to penetrate the education system in Ghana because of politics as you said. I understand your frustration.
Boss you said it all. Our education is based on 18th century ideology. Why do we even have boarding schools? Students are suffering in schools with no food, bullying and lack of respect.
T.K you spoke the unadulterated truth everything is true I'm a teacher and I know....when u go to College u are taught to teach in L1 (local language) of the child in lower primary here lies the case people from South are posted to North and Vice versa which is not helping ...poor buildings a whooooollllleee lot ...Let's stay woke and support T.K and Sheldon for this initiative Bless u🙏🙏🙏#S.O💥
Pls let's all get involve in this #Fix The Country# thing and make sure to press the button of our incompetent leaders for they have really disappointed us and whenever I listen to this type of interviews I cried all the time may God have mercy on our dear country and motherland Ghana. Let's all fight for our next generation. 😰😰😰😰😰🙏🙏🙏.
Big ups to Teacher Kwadwo. He always puts an end to the political drive in this matter which is good. In Ghana, Things like Health, Food, Housing, Education and Transportation should not be politicized.
The students suffer just like the teachers, once the teachers are frustrated, they either feel reluctant to give out their best or they do get tired of giving out their best😓. As teachers are being frustrated by the system, the students are even more frustrated; when two elephants fight, the ground suffers💔
I love this interview. Teachers and students are passing through alot . How can we advance your child to be a teacher. Speak it to the . Every place fie mushikila 💯💯💯💯
Ghana's educational system is terrible, really terrible, it's like incompetent people have found their way into various leadership positions, instead of GES to mount pressure on the ministry of education, they are there forming boss..... As a teacher, writing of lesson notes is important, it enables you prepare for your lesson like getting TLRs and setting lesson objectives etc etc but it shouldn't be kyinkyinaaaa hardcopy, ah, we can have soft copy lesson notes, once it's written by the teacher himself, period.......that one is even easier to inspect, the teacher can easily foward it to you the supervisor whosoever to inspect, na hardcopy, those big big lesson notes afei na they'll have to carry it to you... these old men of leaders are not progressive at all, stuck in their old ways .... analog people leading a digital generation... Our educational infrastructures, another problem, look at the kind of school buildings we have, especially the basic level, pathetic ‼ lemme even stop talking, I'll end up insulting them. Teacher Kwadwo, I dey your back‼ I personally have problems with Ghana's educational system, I'll add my voice to yours however I can‼ They need to wake up
As a young 9 year old boy some many years ago, I dreamed of becoming an astronaut for Ghana. Grew up a bit to relieve that is never possible in Ghana. fast forward to today I have chosen to follow my God given talent as a musician. (even that industry in Ghana... hmmmm ) A Ghana education killed so many of my dreams because I was born in Ghana. What about the rest of the kids coming up ?
This is the root cause of every problem in the country. This is not only about the teacher, a broken education system gives birth to a broken country. Our children are the seeds and education is the soil, a bad soil brings out stunted produce. Thank @teacherKwadwo
Teacher Kwadwo has hit the nail right on the head. It is time we as teachers unite and fight for the fixing if the service. Teachers can't be slaves forever. #FIXGESNOW
Actually teacher kwodwo is really telling us the hard truth. When ges is doing their posting's, they don't check yr language background. You can't someone with ewe background to go and teach kg or primary school at Tumu, lawra, or wa- west.
Kudos bra kwadwo… You should do this more… Yah bless you for your voice… Teacher Kwadwo is telling the TRUTH oh… Even if they won’t listen; at least the youth will learn from it…
Teacher Kwadwo for minister of education. He can do a much better job than these old heads. You can tell he really care for the kids’ education. I still say he needs an NGO for the kids education fund, we can donate and help him do more.
Teacher Kwadwo, I bet you that your confidence will offend them and they'll start to hate you for no reason. Cos they want us all to be timid, atell you ◘
Teacher kwadwo thank you much for your effort to help fix the nation but less be clear, in the whole world you can't teach to be a millionaire, you can't work 8hrs fo be rich ,find something in addition to your profession, Noby can work less than 60hrs a week and be super rich as you want, your profession is your foundation to prepare you for your own business, whatever your hands finds to do so it with all your heart!! Ones again thank you teacher kwadwo for your effort!!
