INGREDIENTS
● 1/2cup Oil
● 500gm Chicken (boneless)
●1Tbsp Salt
●1.5Tbsp ginger garlic (mixed in 1/4 cup water)
●1.5Tbsp red chilli powder
●1/2tsp turmeric powder
●1Tomato (halved)
●200gm yogurt
●100gm Fresh cream (I've used 200gm to get more rich and creamy gravy)
●1Tbsp Qasoori Methi +1pinch to sprinkle at dum
●1/2Tbsp Cumin (freshly ground)
●1/2Tbsp black pepper (freshly ground)
For garnish:
●julienne ginger
●green coriander
