I have had them on my FRS since August and they aren’t that hard to pull down, pretty easy after a few times of using them. What brand did you have? Nice video 👊

Neko T. Farmer my wires are nice and tight. I have the wire tubing zip tied to the vertical hinge and they do not get caught in the door 👊

I put them on my Veloster and a year later, the wires are breaking. Yup! The wires bunch up like u said. And eventually break from the folding!!! --_--

Passengers aren't used to closing them and you basically have to give ppl instructions on how to open them every time

Hmm... what if you screwed on a strap from the bottom of the door to the latching area and then had a hook to hang it on on the inside of the door?

What kit did you get? How hard was the install?

I had mine professionally installed, they are a good solid pair but i dont remember the brand i got though but they are real heavy duty, it did take some cutting but my car is a older street rod and not my everyday ride but those lambo hinges are still pretty unique and give the car a unique personality, my car looks pretty good to so they really compliment the car🙂

Yep looks cool on a lot of youtube vids and photos but I think after your vid, I'll stick to just changing my wheels to konig myth once I get my car in the spring...too much snow soon to purchase now. Cheers and I like your engine air vents on hood;)
