DO NOT BUY AN E-WHEELS SCOOTER, WE STOPPED SELLING THEM, FIND OUT WHY BY WATCHING THIS VIDEO: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-xrHfTBxZm9A.html

You can get the manual here if you need it: www.mobilityscootersdirect.com/mobility-scooters/ewheels-ew-36-mobility-scooter.html Thanks for watching our video and commenting! We appreciate the support.
Where can I buy a charger for the ew 36 . I need for work asap. Walking is killing my back etc. The fan in the charger is not spinning. Please help me asap. Thank you
@@MobilityDirect They don not even respond to techs when they call in. every time I call I get placed on hold and after 10 minutes get a message that they are all busy leave a message. Good luck trying to get a call back when you are actually working on the scooter.
Thanks for watching our video and commenting! If you already checked the wires connecting your headlights as shown in the video, and you don't see any problems with other functions of the scooter aside from it, then the problem is most likely on your headlights. There is a fuse there but if that has issues, you will probably have problems turning on the scooter. If that didn't work, you can have a technician check that out for you as well. New Batts all lights and beepers working no throttle response also dont see a switch for forward and reverse its an earlier model im guessing any ideas ?
@@tommello9525 do you know if it's the model that has electromagnetic brakes? I'm not sure if you are aware but the EW36 is available in two versions, one with standard brakes and the other with electromagnetic brakes which are basically automatic brakes.
Thank you for your speedy reply! The manual says “behind the headlight fairing” and I’m assuming “steering column below the dash” is the same place but I still couldn’t find it and I tore apart the entire scooter; your video helped very much in the order of operations and considerations so THANK YOU! However, you didn’t point out where the fuse was😢. Can you provide me with a more exact location or a link to a picture? I pulled apart all of the quick connects and the small black box holding a control board and nothing. I know what the fuse looks like. Is it protected in something? Any help is greatly appreciated. I live in the Colorado Mountains and the closest repair is repair is over 2 hours away
@@MobilityDirect I have another one that the same that works but the throttle doesn’t work so I want to get it replaced with the chair that doesn’t back up
I have this mobility scooter and a rock hit the motor and broke the earth magnets and the motor and cracked the gear box and the E-WHEELS did nothing to help me out anything I broke. So I'm out 3000.00. Dollars 💸
That's really not cool Darrin, I'm really sorry to hear that. Although we sell this model, we don't carry it in our brick and mortar stores. Online there is a big demand for it, but its stories like this which make it hard for us as a dealer to recommend them. :(
@@MobilityDirect I just wanted to make you aware of this product and the company will not provide the service or a new motor if it should break I'm disabled with MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS and out $3000.00 dollars because I went through the grass in a rock cracked the gear box and broke some earth magnets in the motor also the gear box has oil in it.
