No offense this cut is not very good with his hair type being what it is and the way the fade was done on the sides it should have been shorter and more accurately placed on the parietal ridge(lower especially noticeable on the part), it's on an odd spot. Because of that and the length of the sides(coupled with his static coarse hair type) it improperly frames his face(like a upsidedown). Making the dimensions of of his is head seem odd and essentially throwing everything about the person's look off. I say this with no malice or cruel intent, only as a cosmetologist giving constructive criticism to another stylist. You need to also texture the hair more, take some of the weight out of it. Get up in there with those thinning sheers.
