Amazing fighter who has made that transition to being a greater teacher than many other fighters. She has experience as well as knowledge to share with those willing to listen. Deepest respect to Kathy Long, Master SiFu and legend.

Kathy is phenomenal. She still one of my favorite fighters. She is in Black Belt Magazine's Hall of Fame. Alot of people forget she was Michelle fifer's stunt double as catwoman. She is a goddess of martial arts.🥰🥋🥊

Gorgeous and Deadly two of the best things that can be wrapped up into a single person. I Remember watching her in the late 80's early 90's in Kickboxing. Truly would like to meet her, chat and if I was truly lucky have her hit me in the face. Kathy " the punisher" Long kickboxing legend, absolutely my favorite kickboxer of all time. Time to pull out my old ppv footage of those old kickboxing matches.

Absolutely! Very well said..Please post your footage. It would be great to see more of her live fights. She is a legend, mentor, teacher, friend and master! One of the best Martial Artists I have ever meet!!

feel out your opponent. learn his leads .set the trap.let a few roll off you and when he feels safe spring the trap.a good fighter can manipulate his opponent to do what he wants if he feels you can evade them all he will never bite .
