When I ran out of steam and felt like I couldn't go on for another minute, then checked the time only to realize I wasn't even halfway through the workout. This session near killed me! I don't know HOW I made it through the entire thing without even moderating. I feel like superhuman right now. Really got to give myself a high-five for finishing this one. Thanks for kicking my ass again, Heather.

Day 18 straight with you Heather! This one was killer. Perfect test of my endurance! Right at the 30 minute mark I started to really tire out, but I saw there was only 4 more moves and I powered through! This one wasn't easy, but glad I got it in today! Thank youu!

Love these no repeat cardio workouts. Two years ago I couldn't do ten minutes. They are still a challenge but the progress is great! As someone w/ a lot of chronic pain, these workouts really lift my spirits.

Heather, I’d love you to do a calendar/challenge for those of us (me) who are working on toning that last bit of belly. i’ve done a lot of different HIIT workouts and this one is my favourite, i keep coming back to it! i love the no repeats and the exercises are so fun, it really makes me push myself and i am so sweaty at the end but it feels great! love this workout!!

I haven’t done HIIT in a long time due to knee injuries and this workout was AWESOME! So easy to follow and modify if needed! No Repeat is a HUGE bonus! It went by so fast, it was challenging, and I didn’t get bored at all! AND I’m about drowning in sweat! Please more No Repeat workouts!!

I did this in the same format as Heather's barre workout I did yesterday - taking breaks at the rest period (3 in this workout) and working straight through otherwise. I would love to see these types of moves in that format. Thanks, Heather! 😃

Loved the fast pace and variety! Very efficient and challenging! Loved it again! Glad when the cool down came, though--I was winded! 11-17-23 1-13-24 Shorter intervals and no repeats is less intimidating, but every bit as difficult. Sucking wind after the broad jumps--glad they came last! 10-4-24

This one is killing me..🥵 i paused many times bcoz i'm out of breath..i can tell that my body is so weak. i'm dying..this workout is only 38 minutes but i'm on fire..💥 i used to do ur 42 minutes workouts but i can finish all of them..this one is a killer..😵 but totally worth it..

You are amazing Heather!!! Your workouts are so uplifting and empowering. When you smile, it feels like encouragement :) Working out, doing Qi Gong and yoga, going for nature walks and listening to awesome music are all things I do to save myself from darkness and despair. I just need to stay consistent. And add writing, art and creative work to my daily routines. The no repeats are my favourite and this 30/10 format make it easier somehow...although this was so intense. I love your workouts the most out of all others I have done. Thank you beauty! Thanks for another great workout, Heather! To anyone struggling to complete routines without extra breaks and modifications, this 53 year old wishes to say “keep at it and don’t give up” - I started by setting goals to keep up at least 50% of the time and slowly my body got strong and agile enough to get to 90% mark. Added to my favorites! 💜This was great! So effective, no repeats, and no equipment! It's the second time I'm doing it, now in a hotel room, so you can do it anywhere and get a great sweat session!! (burned 297 cals on my fitbit)

I always approach cardio with apprehension as its my weak point, but was able to keep up with all the exercises and felt nicely challenged, but not exhausted. Thank you Heather

I exercise a lot, and this was one of the hardest workouts I've ever done! Had to pause like 8 times. Whew thanks Heather! If you did any 45min-1hr hiit yoga I would be stoked!

AMAZING WORKOUT.....Was happy to see COOL DOWN . LOVE the 30sec/no repeat format!!! I substituted a few of your low impact moves due to injury...Sending you good energy & blessings!!

I don't know what I'd do without these workout. They bring me back to center emotionally, psychologically and more, and the 2nd best effect is I feel better abt how I look. I was a member of a gym for 29 yrs and decided to quit in 2011. I used workout dvds for years but I can't express the gratitude I have for you and youtube!! THANK YOU, lovely!! 🥰 #survivor

6/14/2022. Tuesday. The dynamic exercises toward the end are fire! I was able to do this today, despite dragging. Feeling accomplished. I really like this one. Thanks!

These are all my favorite moves. I've gained about 40ish pounds so I did my best. Modified some jumps by making them hops. I appreciate this so much.

Ok, well I did this again and all it was was jumping. I kept waiting for the favorite moves I did the last time. I finished but did not enjoy at all. So this video has my comment but does she just have videos cycling through?????

Thank you. Great workout! Didn't take breaks except the longer ones, so worked up a good sweat. No repeats more fun.
