🔥 How to MAKE a PLADUR Wall with 70mm Profiles 👉 • 🔥 Cómo HACER una Pared...
In this Video you will see how to mount a cladding, with 48mm profiles and fire retardant plate.
🔰If you are going to do some PLADUR work, and you are going to choose to hire a company to do it, I have created a short guide to help you analyze the budget and avoid common deceptions in the sector.

Materials:
C-uprights: used in a vertical position for the assembly of Self-supporting Cladding and Partitions, as a structure to fix the laminated plasterboard. Knauf does not recommend using them on Ceilings. They have different widths, being in all cases 1 mm smaller than the channels, which allows them to be inserted into them. The most common C-pillars are: C47 / 35, C69 / 40 and C89 / 40 for Repositions, partitions and ceilings of Great Spans. Not recommended for normal ceilings.
U Channels: they are used as perimeter profiles for the assembly of Self-supporting Cladding, Partitions and Ceilings, as a structure to fix the laminated plasterboard. They have different widths, depending on the total thickness of the system to be built. The most common U channels are: U48 / 30, U70 / 30 and U90 / 30 for Redosados, partitions and ceilings of Great Spaces. Not recommended for normal ceilings.
Plate for passive fire protection systems.
Composed of a gypsum core mixed with glass fibers from 3 to 30mm (0.2% of its weight) and faces covered with cardboard sheet. Easily identifiable by its apparent face of pink color and hidden face of cream color.
The Firewall plate is characterized by its high resistance to fire, maintaining the advantages of a Standard when handling.

Ready to mount this wall with fireproof plate.
As we are going to use 48mm profiles, we place the laser from the wall at least 6cm.
I place this piece of cardboard with that line for when I move the laser from the other end to be able to see it and make it match in the measurement.
We check at various points if we do not have less measure than we need.
Here we have the channel and 48mm stud.
We will place the acoustic band in the channel that goes to the floor and ceiling.
We put the channel on the ground and fix it in line with the laser.
Since the wall is going to end here, we take out a lead to be able to place the roof channel.
We place the channel with the acoustic band and fix it along the laser line.
We measure the first stud and cut it.
We place it and fix it well to plumb, since it will be the reference for the measurement of the following.
Do you need to tape plasterboard? Here is a playlist for you.
We hook the meter on the upright and measure every 40cm.
For the area below we do the same: we mark every 40cm.
Single 40 - 80 - 120 - 160 - 200 - 240 - 280 - 320
Now we are placing an upright in each mark.
If the measure is quite the same, we can use the excess piece of an upright already cut to size as a gauge.
We fix them with the upright axis in the mark we made.

I recommend inserting a reinforcement halfway up. I will give you two ideas.
The first idea is: with leftover pieces of channel or stud, we insert a tie to the rear wall in each vertical stud.
You can do this once you have all the studs in place.
The second idea is: if we have enough space at the back, we pass a horizontal profile to screw the verticals and we add a tie to the wall more or less every 90cm. This we pass once we have a profile placed.
We fix all the profiles up and down, the axis in line with the mark.
We fix them to the profile that we pass behind or we place the strap on each one.
Once anchored to the wall, we pass the necessary electricity or plumbing tubes.
We should never pass the tubes inside the profile like this vertically, because when screwing the plate we will drill the tube.
Once the tubes are in place, we place the insulation.
We are cutting the fiber every 40cm for a better placement.
Once the fiber is placed, we will put the plates.
