🤜 What are trasdosados?
A lining is the coating of any type of wall that may exist in a home, whether interior or facade. The 3 most common types used in housing construction are: direct lining, semi-direct lining and self-supporting lining.
1. Direct plastering These are thin and flexible plasterboards that with touches of adhesive paste are applied directly on rigid and thick walls. The paste allows the plates to be fixed and leveled while respecting an air chamber. In addition, they allow the incorporation of thermal or acoustic insulation material on the hidden face. This type of installation cannot be used on damp walls.
2. Semi-direct claddingThis is a partition attached to an old or new wall with omega profiles, so called because of their shape. They are often used to cover up old partitions with imperfections and give them a totally new look.
3. Self-supporting claddingThe self-supporting cladding is made up of a galvanized steel metal structure that can be made of channels and uprights or U-profile and master. One or more plasterboards are screwed to this structure. Its thickness, quantity and type will depend on the required technical characteristics.
✅ Uprights and channels for interior
In this class we will talk a little about studs and channels.
Its composition is galvanized steel type DX51D and galvanized Z140 or Z275 that make up the framework of the load-bearing structure of partitions, cladding, shelves, shelves and drawers.
The C-shaped profile that is installed in a vertical position and that fits inside the channel is called a stud.
The U-shaped channels constitute the horizontal element that is fixed to the floor at the top and bottom. Both profiles have a knurled aspect that ensures the fit. The uprights have notches or H-shaped openings in their soul that facilitate the passage of installations, for example electricity, plumbing...
✅ Profiles for ceilings and interior cladding
In this class we will talk a little about the different masters, also the U profile, the angle, the 18 clip and the SR saw profile.
Its composition is made of galvanized steel of the DX51D type that make up the structure of the suspended ceilings and interior cladding. They include a Z140 galvanized that protects them against corrosion. They predominantly have a U and L geometric shape, with mechanical strength and stability to absorb the systems' own efforts, without any load-bearing function.
On the one hand, we have the CD60 and F47 master, which is normally used in ceilings, but is also designed to be used in cladding.
On the other hand we have the master omega 70 and 80 where its use is also both in ceilings and in linings.
Then there is the U profile, the Clip 18 and the angular profile that are designed to be placed on the perimeter where the masters fit or rest.
And finally we have the SR saw profile that is designed for the double structure mounting system where the CD60 and F47 master hook us.
