i feel like he would be a tie, they won't go all out so if one loses, it won't hurt their reputation. But in a real fight I feel like Minato will win, he push Tobirama's technique to a whole new level, Tobirama doesn't use Hirashin Jutsu as much as Minato since his formula is less advance and harder to write(it has a lot more characters than Minato's). Also I think Mintato is smarter than Tobirama on the field, by no mean Tobirama is dumb, he is a genius in his own right, but Minato have that dominance wherever he fights

@@Humble197 no he didn't, he didn't trust them yes but he did give them a power and a place in the village and didn't isolate them under his time of being a Hokage. It was Hiruzen and Sarutobi that fucked shit up because they decided to move them to the edge of the village and isolating and harrasing them. And if you use the logic that he was the one to made Sarutobi the third Hokage so technically it was his fault? No. My dude Tobirama can't just see the fucking future 🙄
