This 1 hour ONLY STEPS WALKING WORKOUT is a great cardio option for lazy days, when you don`t really feel like exercising, but would still like to get your steps in and burn some calories. This is a low to medium intensity steady state step workout that is easy on the body and the brain :))). Works great after a big meal, or while watching tv, NETFLIX, or listening to a podcast. This indoor walking KISS cardio workout will get you closer to your daily steps goal by approximately 8500 steps, and will help you burn around 400 cal. I switch between regular and side steps, so you can get the benefits of both.
