This 1 hour ONLY STEPS WALKING WORKOUT is a great cardio option for lazy days, when you don`t really feel like exercising, but would still like to get your steps in and burn some calories. This is a low to medium intensity steady state step workout that is easy on the body and the brain :))). Works great after a big meal, or while watching tv, NETFLIX, or listening to a podcast. This indoor walking KISS cardio workout will get you closer to your daily steps goal by approximately 8500 steps, and will help you burn around 400 cal. I switch between regular and side steps, so you can get the benefits of both.
I post daily easy at home workouts (low and moderate intensity) for Weight Loss! Get your steps in with these indoor low and moderate intensity steady state cardio workouts anyone can do!
REMEMBER: You can always change the pace or intensity of all my workouts to suit your mood or energy level for the day.

First ever hour workout💪🏻! Perfect for a very hot day, I loved how uncomplicated it was. I drank 2 bottles of water during the breaks and managed to burn 449 calories! Would love more of this style of workouts for sure👌🏻

Great workout!! Did it today instead of day 7 week three since it’s standing abs and I’m pregnant but used my stair stepper for the walking portions! Got 8200 steps in and 3.37 miles and burned 330 calories. Thanks burpeegirl!

I appreciate this work out so much. I use it on the morning if I'm walking early and still stiff. I am walking 15000 steps a day right now with your videos and need to ease into the steps sometimes. Since it's just steps it's great for people with little to no coordination or the morbidly obese, maybe even those recovering from injury. The list goes on. I am recovering from medically induced obesity, steroids. I started at 315 pounds and I am now under 300 pounds, so I've lost 16 pounds. I have 160 more pounds to lose. Thank you for your workouts. You will help me lose over 150 pounds!!! 🎉🎉🎉 that's bananas to think about!!!

Thanks for the Video,but you did better one 😊 Sorry,but this was a very lazy Workout... 😔 Yesterday I did an 8000step Workout from you and did about 7300steps and in this Workout I did at least 6700 steps... Maybe you can write at the topping that it is just a 2 excersise Workout. I was waiting for other excersises. 1h Just Walking and Side Walking was very boring,sorry. But maybe other like that. I will do another Workout tomorrow. 😏 But of course a Workout from your Channel 😊💪🏻

Freestyles the side steps if you get bored, that's what's I do. You're still 🔥calories and moving. It doesn't matter if you go off track a bit.
