My favourite feature is Mail Merge combined with Template/Canned Messages and I think I had learned about it from this very video a long time ago. Can't tell how much of a live saver it been to send various emails with personalized messages to my clients!

The schedule feature and mail merge feature using excel were the best ones as both could be used together to create an automated email for businesses to create a smart automated email that caters to all the employees individually. lastly the best one is Grammarly which I use regularly in Chrome as using while commenting this video.
