Join me for this 35 min Standing Arms & Abs Workout, designed to strengthen & tone our entire upper body with slow, controlled movements. This workout is perfect for targeting the arms and core with effective exercises that will leave you sweating and feeling the burn. Let's sculpt those muscles and get ready for summer by increasing our calorie deficit and performing a series of toning exercises.
Throughout this workout, we'll be targeting the entire core and upper body from a standing position, resulting in stronger, more toned muscles and a tighter physique. To maximize the effectiveness of each exercise, be sure to keep your abs engaged and focus on feeling every movement in your core.
In addition to toning our muscles, this workout will help improve our overall fitness and endurance. By focusing on slow, controlled movements, we'll be able to challenge our bodies and push ourselves to new heights.
Get your light dumbbells and let's get started! If you don't have dumbbells, you can always use water bottles, cans, or just complete the workout weight free. I'm using 1 kg dumbbells for this workout.

Workout completed 🎉🎉🎉 Never ever underestimate a Burpeegirl workout. This was way more intense than I anticipated lol....very doable of course but intense....im dripping sweat and my mat is wet lol. 😅 I loved this one....cant believe it took me so long to do this. I really like doing light weights workouts. ❤❤❤

Just completed this workout with 3lbs weights, trying to get back to my fitness regime. This was perfect, easy on the joints, but works up a sweat! I love the pace of your workouts and the 10 sec intervals and breaktimes. I prefer the soothing music and videos with little to no talking 😅

Loved This Workout! And love that we used light hand weights today and all the moves were done wirh movement... I used a 2Lb set... Today I already consumed 40oz of water towards my daily gallon goal... Today's green smoothie is power greens green cabbage spinach banana pineapple & flax seeds blended with water... I will take tomorrow off because I work tonight... See You All Thursday 🎉

Dont laugh at me Andrea, but I prepared my workout with my 3kg as that is what I do with most of your dumbbell workouts ( i should have read the instructions ;-) I quickly dropped down to my 2kg and managed to finish part 1 and mid way to part 2 I had to switch to my 1kg... As you can imagine, my arms are all floppy now 🤣🤣. Thanks for an awesome burn 🙂

I am convinced that even with small weights, the exercises must be very demanding. I can't wait to try it. Certainly, I will not take weights of 5 lbs. As always, I have immense pleasure with doing your exercises either of 30 or 35 minutes. For more than 2 years, it has been important for me to do this. Ballet or pilates before, your exercises afterwards and I always finish with stretching. A total of 1h30 in my morning daily. Thank you for these beautiful shares which are very important to me and so appreciated.🥰👍🇨🇦

Wow! My arms are burning. @burpeegirl what weight size were you using? As a couple of moves I had to rest one arm on shoulder while worked other and some I had to go to one weight. Let me know and I will check with mine. Thanks again as ever was great! Happy Tuesday! 🎉❤😊x

@@BurpeeGirlLiss hehe I was using 2kg!! Each!! So no wonder I couldn’t do all the over the head ones 😂 but I pushed myself! Loving all exercises. Waist is trimmed.. abs flat.. just need to get rid of back fat and I bet this one today is good for that!! Thanks so much. I tell everyone about it!! X
