Thanks BG for another great workout... I'd say it was a pretty beginners workout and def knee friendly but I still broke a little sweat so it's perfect for all levels... I enjoy having some days more intense than others it helps me be consistent... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 314 calories... This is more calories than some of the more intense workouts...

This was amazing right out of the gate! I really felt it in my waist and core. Worked arms and legs along the way... All low impact but definitely not low intensity! Thank you!❤ 🎉

Honestly one of the pleasant workout i have ever done. When BG says Knee friendly its definitely ya knee freindly. Loved this one and burnt a 250 calories overall. Extremely sweaty one. Thanks a lot.

What a great work out! Not so exhausted but feel & gain more energy the longer i do it! Its really good! I combined it with holding a little Dumbell for a bit of weight. I would like to have more of this.... especially toning my Abdomen & Arms. Thank you very much. Pls. do continue.

Hi Can you help me find a workout from over a year ago? It was outdoors and maybe 15-20 minutes. Very intense. I think 30 second run, 30 second kettlebell exercise. It’s one of my favorites. Couldn’t do it for a while due to injury. I can’t seem to find the video. Thank you 😃
