bhaiya, mai abhi 19 y/o ladka hun jo 7,8 mahine gym ja raha hun aur jabse maine jaana suru किया है तबसे whey protein ले रहा हूं और पिछले दो महीने से मैंने creatine भी लेना चालू कर दिया था। अब मैं सोच रहा हूं कि आगे भी creatine लेता रहूं या छोड़ दूं please थोड़ा suggest कर दीजिए। एन 7।8 महीनों में। काफी अच्छी growth हुई है।

sir ji mai 7 days gym krta hu and mai back chest shoulder sabko alternative days pe krta hu and 2 days ke gap mai like first back then chest then shoulder fir same again and last day mai legs and arms mai roz krta hu so i do workout for about 2.5 hrs and mujhe koi tiredness feel nhi hoti workout ke time and after workout bhi i feel happy happy toh mai kuch glt kr rha hu ya everything i am doing is good
