Touring a 3 bedroom semi-detached house with a guide price of £296,000 developed by Barratt homes in Chepstow. The Maidstone show home full tour in Brunel Quarter Wales.
Hi Kim, that was a right feeling 😅 . Not every time I like them a lot , but here is not just about my taste. I present the house and then everybody is free to share their opinion. 😁 thank you for the feedback 😊
It came across like you didn't like this house? You mentioned it was small a lot and didn't seem as enthusiastic as you do with the bigger house.. I did still like the review and house is good I think for the price just thought I would mention.. keep us the good reviews 💃💃
Nice house, but small 😆 especially the bedrooms...it would be affordable if you could buy it for maximum £ 250000,with all the upgrades, flooring, wardrobes in the bedrooms, extra shower in the family bathroom 🤪 otherwise...too expensive anyways 🙈
Thank you, Alina! The new homes are quite expensive and not too big. Even that, I would always choose a new one. You have to bring just the furniture and you are moved in. But people have different opinions and way to think so I don’t mind . It’s not like I am against the old houses, maybe I just prefer the easiest way. 😄 🤗
Why do UK house builders build homes as if UK buyers, only own 1 coat, 1 shirt, 1 jumper & 1 pair of trousers. It's very rare to find new build properties with realistic storage space for clothes that the average person would own.
Exactly! Perfect if each family member only has one pair of underwear! Seriously where do you store your pants and socks in a house like this? There is nowhere to place a decent chest of drawers in the bedrooms. Not to mention personal stuff like paperwork, jewellery, hair dryer, handbags, etc. I am beginning to regret reserving one of these 3 beds. Great video.
You've already reviewed this house type this is the barratts maidstone and interesting you say slightly different things about this one than the other look around. You seem a little critical of smaller houses, everyone has different needs for a house not everyone moving into a 3 bed home would have a family so the third room makes a great space for an office, and not everyone wants big rooms just enough to make it cosy/homely and will be the right amount of space for the right person. Also affordability is a big factor, Bigger doesn't mean better and I think sometimes it comes across quite negatively but that's just how I feel watching your videos sometimes. 😔
I agree with you - they are quite critical of smaller houses. I own one slightly bigger than this one and it suits me just fine as only two of us live there. I didn’t want a huge house with an equally huge mortgage.
