Hi, I'm new to Sublimation and Creative Studio. I have been doing a lot of playing around with it and I found that if your designing on a custom Canvas you can not save it. Hope this helps others that are designing. Good Luck!!

Hey Becky! Great video. Just wanted to let you know that it is not a glitch that you can’t save your designs. You cannot save designs which are made on the custom canvas. You can however, save your designs which are created on the templates.
According to the SawGrass website, the bleed line is for those who need to trim their design after printing. I'm going to be using the Truepix 238 x 98mm mug paper to print my designs but I need to mark a 200 x 90mm area so I know what to cut. I hope the website is right or else I'm going to have to figure out how to add crop/trim marks so I can get every trim as accurate to 200 x 90mm as possible every time.

I'm wondering if you can help me figure out how to find dog pictures to use,when I click on elements, it only has about 10 dog pictures to choose from..this can't possibly be all?

ok Maybe you or someone on the page can, Everytime I design a file and bring it into creative studio it always changes my overall size, why is it doing that cause in Creative I cant find a place to get my files to exact size?
The software comes with the Sawgrass printer. It is an online/ Cloud software. For the moment I caution you to hold off for a week before you make the purchase. Here is why. I am waiting to have a consultation with one of the techs on the 14th. At which time I will find out whether they can solve my issue which is the printer does not recognize the software. How convenient is that? I've already wasted 3 days trying to figure that out. There are other sublimation printers on the market. Don't race to go and buy a Sawgrass. Go and read some of the reviews from other people on the internet just put in sg500 Sawgrass sublimation printer reviews. You will see that I am not the only unhappy customer.
Hi there can I use this program to print on my ET 4760.. its that I dont like other software like photoshop.. can't I print my image to my printer from this software.?
how can I enlarge my design so it covers most of the paper. I try to enlarge but there is a block that says 8" square and I can't print larger than that.
Hello, how do we Delete images that have been uploaded into the Galleries. Sometimes we upload a few options to use on designs before choosing a final one. Would like to "clean up" the Galleries folder. Thank you
Hi Nancy! In the “Galleries” tab on the CreativeStudio homepage you can add a new folder, delete a folder, and delete an image. If you need any help, let us know!
Hi there! If you are looking to sublimate on a darker shirt, you can always apply white HTV first and sublimate on that or even a holographic HTV works! - Dawn
I am new to sawgrass and so far I absolutely hate it! I wish I would have went the epson printer route for sure! This is not working for me at all the only files I can upload are PSD and none of my images I already have are in PSD and when I try to convert them they still will not upload. I am to the point of just wanting to sell this thing an go epson. Also my prints are not bright and will not transfer at all! I am using the correct substrate, ink and paper. I watched your tutorial on how to set it up and am having such a hard time with all of this. Any Advice???????????????
Hello I sympathize with you. I too am having lots of issues and I have no confidence in them resolving my problems whatsoever. But I'm giving them until the 14th to fix it or else it's going back. My software will not speak with the Sawgrass printer. I cannot even print anything from this software. Although if I do something in a Word document it will print that so the problem is not with the printer the problem is with the software as far as I'm concerned. Anyhow I have told them that if I don't get resolved I want a full refund and they are going to have to arrange to have it picked up cuz I'm not delivering it to them I already made my first trip to them to pick it up. And if they refuse to give me a refund I'm going to fill in myself smashing it with a sledgehammer and let the world know that Sawgrass is a piece of junk and these are my exact words to them. Perhaps you might want to join me in my video and we can smash both of them together
