If you want the 25 turn 2 star country challenge done, I'd highly recommend Canada. The Allies are in general just so much easier to speedrun because unlike the Allies, the Axis is localized only in Europe and East Asia (the British, French, Egyptian, and Belgian AI can handle Africa quite easily). With Canada, you can skytrain an M7 Priest right into Spain and get a foothold to spawn more units there while making your way through Germany and Italy. As for the Pacific, I sent my units to Hokkaido (Japan's northern island) and dealt with them there. Ignore the fleet, the US will deal with it, but make sure they don't get the port in Hawaii. Canada also has a decent amount of income that's only going to snowball even harder once you liberate Europe.

Well, even though you don't have a problem with good generals. I'm still quite amazed at the ability to pass the conquest, especially for the axis within half an hour.(It's looks like a blitz in checkmate lol)
