IG: burpeegirl_liss Join me for this FAT BURNING DUMBBELL WALKING WORKOUT and let`s burn some calories while toning those muscles. This is a low intensity steady state cardio workout you can easily modify, depending on your needs, equipment or energy level. Adjust weights and pace accordingly. If you feel extra energetic, I`ve added the option to replace some of your walking with jogging in place. This is a slow but challenging workout, so make sure you go at your own pace, and take breaks whenever you need them. Hope you enjoy it! You can always replace the dumbbells with water bottles or cans.

Just finished doing this workout. It was a sweaty mess. I could barely track the calories, because both bands were on walking mode and kept stopping every 3 seconds. Here are my numbers: Amazfit5: 2,47km, 3523 steps, 240 cal Xiaomi Miband5: 2,05 km,4269 steps, 239 cal I used 2 kg dumbbells for this workout.

I just want to thank you for all the content you post! I started my fitness journey in January and I feel like I’ve finally found my groove with your channel. Your videos have me working out longer each day, I’m even motivated to get up earlier to fit a longer workout in before work! Your workouts are great especially for someone like me who is overweight and looking to start off with something that's not too much for my knees. So thank you for sharing I started my weight loss journey recently and I weighed 255lbs and with intermediate fasting, 1390 calories a day and doing your exercises daily I'm now down to 238 and my goal is 180 so keep these great exercises coming.

Week 4 day 5 beginner challenge. 💪 loved this with dumbbells. The lightest i have 5lbs so that what i used just took some of the movements a.little slower. 3792 steps, 255 calories wiped out! Sweat drippin off my head. Thank you!

This is the first workout of yours I've done and I have to say: This was a FANTASTIC and FUN way to spend 40 minutes. I loved the constant movement; keeping my heart rate up; the variation of moves. I did make a few mods in that every so often instead of jogging in place I did jumping jacks or burpees or pop squats, etc., to keep the burn even higher. I really loved this. Thank you. Now I am going to look for your other workouts that have the same exact formula, because it's awesome!

I really enjoy this one with the cardio and the weights. I'm doing this one all month long two days a week so on the weight parts I'm incorporating heavier weights with the moves. Does the body good for sure 😁
