Join me for this 40 min UPPER BODY WALK & TONE WORKOUT and let`s burn some calories while toning the biceps, triceps, back and shoulders. I included both low and high impact cardio options so you can use this workout as a MISS or HIIT session. I'm using 2 x 2 kg dumbbells in this workout, but used heavier weights when I tracked it. Make sure you adjust your weights and pace to suit your fitness and energy level.
WORKOUT STRUCTURE:
Round 1. BICEPS
Round 2. TRICEPS
Round 3. BACK
Round 4. SHOULDERS
Round 5. MIXED
This workout was designed to have 40 sec work sections, but it ended up being too long and had to modify it to 30 sec work! I might redo it. If you don't feel like it's working for you, increase your weight or your time by using 10 more seconds from the walking sections.

I tracked the HIGH IMPACT VERSION of this workout using 3 kg dumbbells for triceps, and 4 kg for the rest of the workout:
Amazfit 5 (walking mode): 2,02 km, 2889 steps, 359 calorie burn
Xiaomi Mi Band 5 (exercise mode): 437 calorie burn
