Hello I have the Epson d800 it have trouble loading for large prints keep making paper jam or just sliding through any ideas

I'm still having smearing. I have cleaned the printer heads and added the board but my prints still have the smears. My smears of ink are at the beginning of the print. Do you have any ideas on how to fix it?

Maybe the exit board or tray still not in place. Also wipe done the head underneath just in case.

Sa.e here. My smears are at the beginning before the film ever reaches the the tray. I feel like something under the pri t head is too low....????

I'm having a issue with incomplete print happening sometimes. I have to unplug the print numerous times before it actually prints a complete image. I disabled the Epson status monitor 3 and it's still doing it. Any suggestions

Try another design and see if happens, if not, is the design that may be corrupted. If do the same with all designs, try to re-install software.

I am very late to the DTF world- I thought I was hip and knew everything- until now. So, I got an Epson 8550 and converted to DTF- I am having bad streaks/smearing- I removed the rollers, thought I built a good board for the film to come out- but it's still happening- My question is how far too we need to push the board in the printer- to the rollers? Or just up to the edge of the printer- Please help- I have been at this now for a full week and about to lose my mind! Thank you in advance.

Not sure, you need to take a look under. If is to close to the top maybe that is why it happening.

Hi I am getting the same smears on my L1800 that I just purchased and it started out fine but then after about 3 inches into the image the rest of the image came out that way.

You need to have an exit tray like the one I talk about so you can get film straight out.

What if you have a bed board and its only in one of two roller pieces that are doing it? it there a way to remove the black plastic pieces that are doing it?

Hi, Does the print resist washing? Is the application process on the shirt easy? Does the transfer sheet, when cold, detach well from the shirt, or do you even pull a little ink and therefore the print is not perfect? Could you give me information? thank you.

Hello... I have been searching all over for a video to help me with a problem. I love your videos as you are VERY knowledgeable and thorough and your ink is great! But I can't find a solution to my issue. I have the R2000 with a DX5 printhead, Using AcroRip 10.3 I have had clogging issues, have taken the printhead out, Cleaned and got it working.. However, I printed a design last night, It came out ok but my white ink is very thin and "see-through" even having it set to 100%. I then went to print a second design and all that came out was black ink!! and A LOT it. Have you experienced an issue like this? Do you know what the problem could be?? I have Christmas orders to get done and I am at a loss!! and panicking!! Any info you'd be willing to share would be greatly appreciated!! Oh, I should add that it's not even printing the design.. It's just a solid print of black ink (and a ton of it)

Shake the ink every day so it can stay mixed properly.

Is possible you printing in wrong side, if is the correct side film hold the ink. Now, is also possible % of ink is to much and they come to wet.

Up to you, if you leave it can print full sheet but sometimes can cause issue with marks, and if you remove no marks but not able to print full sheet.

The board is to help the film come out straight. If is not coming out straight it can happen what you saw in the video.

Yes, but if you do it at 13 is better since that all A3+ printer can print up to 13 inches.

You only need to make your design and save them ask PNG if you like, that is what I do.

Hi :) sorry but I get confused with this video. The damage is produced because there was not the board? Or because the removed rollers? I saw modifications on the printer to remove the las row of rollers and add the board, plus dtf ink and powder. Is the damage just from not having a board? Or removing the rollers can result in what you are showing here. Thanks in advance. Awesome job man!

It can be cause by both. You can have the board and not rollers and it can happen because there is nothing to finish pushing the sheet. Also if you don't have the board at the end the design can get damage when it comes out by touching the top boarder.
