DTF PRINTER MAINTANENCE | WHITE INK WON'T PRINT?? | PROCOLORED DTF PRINTER 

When this happens we just kept doing print head cleaning over and over and over and also printed about 10-15 pocket size prints to get it flowing. It will finally get going again and printing white. Keep in mind we also fully clean the print head and suction out all the colors to help with any bubbles or minor clogs. Its time consuming but it works. I do agree that you have to print at least 1 thing a day. At least a pocket size print. We normally do sports logos that we can add on plain shirts so they don't go to waste.

Thank you for that video on white ink, just got my printer wasn't using it much then the white ink stop flowing. Now I have to figure out how to get the red hue out of the face of people of color prints.

Hello. I just tried this bc while printing my black and white started getting lighter and lighter (i did print out alot of prints almost 20 in a row). I did multiple head cleanings and usually after 2 my white comes back but every head cleaning my lines were looking spotty and still no white. i found your video and just tried that flush. the colors look better but i still have no white. in fact my white spots have little black tiny lines on it. any clue as to what is going on with mine? i just put new ink in and can't really afford for it to keep being wasted

What if I don’t have the power flush and for some reason it says I have no ink but I do? Would you know this? I can’t find any video on it

I just received my L805, when the white circulation words does it make a sound, and do keep your printer on all of the time or turn it off when your not using it

i have a 1390 Stylus photo panda dtf machine from procolored and the white ink doesnt work i have done every maintainence and the white is not working either i have replaced the printhead because tech support told me thats what it needed done and still no white i have done the ink charge and still doesnt work any suggestions on getting it back up and running?

When you say empty this, you are talking about the ink after the power flush, right? But is it wasted? Seems like you did a flush so quickly after your purchase?

I can't do power ink flush because I had to restart before it went on...now it won't let me do it for another 12 hours. Is there a way to bypass this setting?

Have you had any issues with black ink getting in your white dampers? I've had to replace one twice now. Ugh and it took me forever to get ink to flow back through it. My fingers are so sore. Lol

Hello, did you do anything special for the head cleaning? I tried and my L1800 makes a loud screech sound like it got stuck then gives an error? Do you have to someone how unlock the ink cartridge carriage ? Machine is brand new from procolored. Only had it one day. Thanks

I just received mine and i dont know what i am doing wrong. The white is not printing at all. I have done every maintnenance, that can be done and its still not printing the white. My next option is customer support

Do not waste your money!! This system is a MONEY PITT!!! The unit lasted 5 months. The oven only barley 1.5 months. I spent nearly 5k on this system and to find out the print head is used- remanufactured and they want to charge nearly 2 thousand dollars to replace it only a few months later. The user manual are generic. The system is generic and the support is via Skype and the late hours of the night. If you don’t mind wasting thousand for nothing in the end but a useless box to look at then maybe this is for you, if your smart you won’t waste your money. I was so excited when I started this journey, now nothing but devastating results and thousands of dollars lost. Don’t purchase a pro colored Dtf printer, it’s a money pit!
