I love to eat steamed fish but during this time(mco) it is hard to get a fresh tilapia fish so I have to settle with tilapia fillet.
A good quality soy sauce will make a big difference. I have been searching for long before I found my preferable choice of soy sauce- Bentong soy sauce (yellow color). And since then I never looked back.

🔴🔴 Steamed Fish Fillet With Soy Sauce And Ginger | Steamed Fish Fillet
Ingredients:
2 tilapia fish fillet
30g minced ginger
2 Thai's chilies, slice thinly
1/2 cup chopped spring onion
Fried garlic
Combine sauce:
3 TB soy sauce
4 TB water
1/2 Tsp sugar
Method:
1. Combine sauce.
2. Pour on the fish fillet.
3. Top with minced ginger and Thai 's chilies.
4. After water boiling, steamed for 7 to 8 mins.
5. Garnish with chopped spring onion and fried garlic.
