My consumption of compost is around 10 KGs a month. I had watched your video of how to make kitchen compost (2 parts) and started making it in Apr 24. Its almost ready and has dried without any fungus or worms etc. I will keep it for another month and as you had instructed, hopefully it will be ready in August for grinding and staining. Fungi in composition is very good and it will help in improving the nutritional quality of compost . No need to put that powder . Even I do compost i can see mushroom grown it indicates that the compost is good
