2:30:05 is crazyyy 😂😂😂 Lud - "What are your names?" Sofia - "Sofia, with an F " Lud - "oh with an F, that's Spanish" Sofia - "uuh, Italian" Lud - "No."
Are you guys together? No we’re cousins, but we’re together. The way Ludwig’s looks at the camera, I had to go back and rewatch like 5 times. Pure gold.
I thought about it, then when they confirmed I was like damn, someone was on the ball. Maybe they all don't have food safe certifications so it's a technical loophole?
2:23:51 Ludwig clearly demonstrating that if the person taking the orders also takes the time to be friendly to the customers and getting their orders right, it makes everything easier on the rest of the kitchen line. Plus, if anything does go wrong further down the line, the customer will be more forgiving because they had a good interaction and good first impression with the person taking the order.
There was only a certain amount of time each round could be cus tickets were divided into four kinds, Late Lunch, Early Bird, Dinner Time, and Dinner Rush. Ludwig couldn't take his time cus everyone who bought tickets needs to be accommodated and get their food at the time they were told they would get it.
To be fair, fake meat is hard as heck to cook with. You usually want to put it in a good amount of oil and lots of heat for a nice crust. You guys done pretty good.
I wish there were more rounds .They killed it on round 4. Even hasan actually wanted more lol Overall this was a fun stream event. The chaos, yelling and argument? That’s normal in the kitchen. Just like Master Chef group mission n The Bear lol
Why is he peeling onions? This is PREP WORK! You prepare before you cook. You do chop and peel during service, sure, but there should already be some prep ready to get orders out quickly. This is hilarious.
Most big streamers ether invest their money, have connections to pivot to other areas of the entertainment industry, have other skill like Qt (interior design and event planning), or are loaded enough to live comfortably for the rest of their lives.
@@myrealnameisharry49 I guess we are on two different sides of that spectrum :) I feel like since the whole process of cleaning your hands and how often you have to do it doesn't change between wearing gloves or not, but the time it takes increases and a kitchen is filled with low paid, stressed out ppl that it would mean that the likelihood of someone not washing their hands at the appropriate time would increase when wearing gloves and so would the risk of cross contamination then. I hope I'm not making you scared of gloves now as well. (everything is being said with good intentions and not trying to troll/pick a fight)
@myrealnameisharry49 As someone who works in a Deli and as someone who had coworkers wear gloves while cashiering at the start of covid. The gloves are worse. Way less cleanly, get gross faster, and easier to be lazy with.
