S21 5g didn't still get the update in uk

I own S21 Plus and ive been noticing weird charging patterns. Like today when i put my phone in charge , it was around 49% (5:30 AM), then i checked it after 10 minutes it was showing 58%. So i kept it to charge for an hour. And when i took it out from charge at 6:35 AM , it was just showing 90% charge. (Note - I am using samsung 25 watt chager.) This charging issue seems constant though and today's incident confirmed it. any idea why its happening?
