This is Episode 3 of the Whipped Cream series. This is continuation of previous episode where whipped cream was made using the corn starch and gelatin • Video
This episode has been made on the request of the viewers who are not able get access to corn starch or gelatin to make the whipped cream. In this Episode the whipped cream has been made from the milk using the starch from the boiled rice which would help to bind the cream for the fresh use. The result is a delicious whipped cream which can be used for desserts, baking and other recipes.

Dear Aditya, no problem. Just be informed that the outcome of this recipe will be whipped cream for fresh use as it will be soft and smooth. Dear Pluma, for ice cream you will need more stable cream. I suggest you use gelatin recipe for ice cream. The video to make whipped cream from milk using gelatin is there on my channel.😊

Dear Sam, this one is generally good for fresh use but you may store it in air tight container. If you need more long lasting one then I suggest that you watch Episode 2 of the Whipped Cream series on my channel which is made using gelatin. You can use veg alternate Agar Agar powder also instead of gelatin. A Very Important Note about Corn Starch recipe: Before making please read the recipe instructions given in the video description about how to add corn starch in this recipe for best results. 😊

Dear Sam, no problem. Sorry I messed up while replying to your message as I thought that your question was on my corn starch recipe. For Milk and Rice whipped cream recipe you dont have to worry about adding anything else but do remember that this will be good fresh use as it will be smooth and soft. You can store it in air tight container though. 😊

Please use normal rice which is typically sticky. Its short or medium grained sticky rice. More the thick starch you can collect the better result would be. 😊

Hi Jasmine, the cream (Malai) which has been removed from the milk is not required in this recipe. Only the milk part after removing the cream has to be used. Please ask me if you still have any doubt. 😊
