@koolkitties8552 we are taxed when we get paid and taxed on the same money when spend it the person we give money to they pay taxed so the same dollar gets taxed so that dollar gets taxed multiple times but we get taxed 1 time on that dollar

Property Taxes are in our State tax - not Federal but it would be Heaven if they could give us some help here. Everytime my taxes go up - my house Insurance goes up too! I still have 7 years left on my mortgage! Yeah, it SUX.

I agree. My sister worked for the USPS for 35 years. She is 70 now, and is it fair that she already paid the withholding tax on the money when it was held for social security, and now when she goes to collect it each month, shes taxed again at todays inflated rate? I'm glad President Trump addressed that today in his speech.
Seriously.. At our current rate of collapse.. Social Security will be defunct in about 11yrs. We need actually wise people to overhaul our entire economic structure & habits. I am retired and collecting Social Security that I've paid into for my working life of 51 years. I have never understood why we are paying income tax on SS when we paid tax on it when we earned the money in the first place. It's about time that they stop this.

Absolutely no tax should be placed on SSI! Also…a law needs to be passed that NO ONE can “borrow” funds from SSI anymore as those loans are never paid back and the fund is supposed to go bankrupt in just a few years!
I am dependent on my monthly SSI check. I worked my whole life and paid taxes. Lost most of my investments in 2008. I am afraid the Dems will eliminate SSI or diminish benefits earned. I pray for Trumps safety.
