I was watching live near Joliet and have re-visited the timeline, you spotted the 3 tornadoes closest to me via debris ball signature about 4 minutes before the NWS issued the warning. Good job! Alerted the neighbor women and children and they went to their basement, closest missed by just over a mile.

Sirens in elkhart indiana went off like 3 or 4 times, thats what scared me, and as the first one went off the rain stopped immediately and it was calm before it got really bad

WHERE IS CHEANGO COUNTY THIS WHAT I GOT THAT DAY "At 7:01 p.m., a severe squall line capable of producing both tornadoes and extensive straight line wind damage was located over Otselic, or 12 miles southwest of Hamilton, moving east at 40 mph," states the weather service. "Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely." Be aware that the tornado may impact the following locations: Earlville and Smyrna around 7:05 p.m. Sherburne around 7:10 p.m. The weather service adds, "Take cover now! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect yourself from flying debris. Heavy rainfall may hide this tornado. Do not wait to see or hear the tornado. Take cover now!"
