Commissioning process is always written in user manual of VFD read everything carefully and watch maximum videos ,you will become expert one day.

sorry for late reply. Convertors cause short-duration short circuits at their AC input so called commutation notches. to counter this we use input choke.

because drive keep regulating the armature voltage as per speed and torque required and keeps field current constant.by varing the armature voltage it is easy to regulate the torque and speed.if we control the speed with armature voltage torque remains constant but if regulate the speed by field current torque drops.

Not necessary its internally connected with mains supply.it you want external field supply then thease terminal are need to be connect with supply otherwise they are left unconnected

You have to set Input power frequency in drive parameter, drive measures frequency by itself and it will generate fault if set 50 Hz and apply 60Hz.

Based on Input power frequency the SCR switching time and ramp generation signal is changed

check that start command input is proper and all interlock are working properly

Check power supply card, gate fuses and mains input fuses.all digital input should be healthy like fan feedback ,motor blower feedback,brake open feedback if used, if there is any fault on drive display tell me fault code.

A For Automation sir maine sare fuses check kar liye hai sabhi normal hai motor blower feedback bhi aa rahi hai or koi fault bhi display nahi ho rahi hai

plc se kuch speed reference mil raha hai kya wo check karo,agar potentiometer laga hai to usko change karke dekho.
