Can the formula at 8:00 be used for output reactor (from VFD to motor)? What frequency do you use? My motor goes from 3000RPM to 18,000RPM (so 50Hz to 300Hz). Do you use 300Hz for calculation?
Same formula maine PLC logic main use kiya, lekin jab line speed 0 MPM hota hai tab deflector roll and rewinder ka speed bhi 0 RPM ho jata hai. Tab yeah equation invalid ho jata hai. Iss calculation main kya sudhar kar sakte hai?
Very nice to see this question, the value you are finding is instant Dia meter, for diameter after ramp you need to add some value to the instant Dia. This value is called change in dia meter which needs to be calculated by encoder counts feedback.
