Had to google this. We call it press-stick here. It becomes runny mes when it heats up. Electrical silicon is the propper suff can't remember the exact name.

Show the problem first! Then the diagnosis, finally the solution! There it was just the capacitor! No measurements, nothing, and a bloated main capacitor! Are you kidding me!
