I did my schooling and college in TN.During the 90s(at Madurai), and even while at college between 97 to 2001(At Tirunelveli) there was a trend to berate Hindus. This was widely rampant .The local mosque,the church spewed venom on Hindus on loudspeakers.I just used to wonder why no one spoke on behalf of the Hindus. My friends and their families would agree but would be mute while walking down the streets and just bring home pamphlets that were distributed from nearby church and mosque.The content of the pamphlets were always praising the abrahamic religions and demonizing the Hindu Gods and our way of living.I see the connect now.
