1:31:00 The worst thing about Sweden is the level ignorance coupled with arrogance, and the weather sucks in both spring and autumn. The best parts include Midnight Sun with beer and barbeque at a lake, Aurora Borealis in winter, and cross-country skiing with waffles, whipped cream, and rasberry (or cloudberry) jam, or alpine skiing with a hot chocolate or a beer, hiking in the trails in summers... Get eaten alive by clouds of mosquitos, and rouge gadflies in Botnia in summer..! 😂

Where there are separate bicycling lanes, usually it's cars, bicycles, pedestrians (decreasing speeds of travel). EDIT: I just remembered we used to have "pedestrian only" sidewalks (in Sweden), where bicycles belonged with the cars when I was a kid... I wonder if that still stands in some places..? 🤔

Make sure you stay in Finland for Vappu, it's a big national holiday with street parades and specific seasonal drinks and treats. It's on the 1st of May.

Warm welcome to Lahti! 🩵🖤🤍 We have a pretty small arena in Lahti, so you should be fast. It will be sold out, definately. It's a small hall but I love it when all the noise and atmosphere is compressed so to say 😅

And when it comes to the Chicago question, originally it is based to the fact that there were many butchers in Lahti back in the old days and apparently so had Chicago. Afterwards the dots have been connected to the crime rates but worry not, I've never had a reason to be scared in Lahti 😊

Cannot go play hockey in Russia, cuz sanctions and career-ending public backlash in Sweden - Don't do it. Sweden, Finland, Czechia, Switzerland, Slovakia are fantastic hockey teams (as far as Europe is concerned) - a shout out to Latvia's hockey team for their successes and progression over the past decade in international hockey (in particular against Canada 🫢🫣) LoooL 'Ey! Don't buy alcoholic beverages at the local store - it's a waste of money! "Systembolaget" holds monopoly meant to discourage excessive consumption..! Opinions on this may differ. Most Finns will be cheering for Pelicans, because Tappara has won the Liiga title plenty of times. This would be the first ever Liiga championship for Pelicans, so a huge party incoming should they win it. 👀

When you visit Denmark and passing Malmö, make notice that Malmö have great arenas even for Ice Hockey and a good team there. Denmark are nothing in that sport, but Danes are better with football / soccer 🙂
