sir motor k rated RPM/HZ k kitne upper tak motor ko chala sakte hai?

upto 100 hz but torque will be Derated.speed more than nameplate should be avoided for long time.as igbt temperature increases.

sir ismein LCW ka use nii hota hai kya sirf counts ko alag se plc drive ko send karta hai?

LCW is only for start stop enable etc not for speed reference.speed reference is transmitted with separate data word.

Yes you are right Sudip its rewinding application and drive is in torque control mode.

@@aforautomation in this application the dia of a roller is increasing continuously. And VFD speed ref. will decrease continuously. You are not considering the increasing dia. of roller for ref. calculation.
