Dear sir my pensionable service calculated by EPFO rs. 9192 ( on the basis of 60th month average) and my total service is more than 20 years and they also given weightage of 2years then the as per formula my pension should be calculated like this- 9192 × 22 /70 = 2888.91 then how EPFO calculated my pension only rs. 2137 please clarify, I will be so kind of you, please also suggest what I should do against this wrong calculated.

Sir, if any person job done for 35 years then his/her total principle value will be 525000 and including interest will be more than 1000000. And gov. pension will give maximum 7500. It is a huge loss of pensioner.

I want to stop my contribution in EPS , which is a part of EPF . it started because in my FIRST job my basic salary was less than 15k . On EPS i won't earn any interest on it over years and i''l only receive very less pension on it . Not earning any interest on EPS for 30-35 yrs is a financial sin according to me . Is there any way can i opt out of EPS and remain in job ? Even if i manage to earn 8.1% CAGR on EPS amount of 1250/month by contributing in EPF instead , it can be great . Otherwise i want this money inhand so that i can invest in equity and earn 15% CAGR . It can create a difference of 24 lac to 1.8 crores if 1250/month invest at 8.1% CAGR or 15% CAGR respectively . Now i am losing on this money for next 35 yrs if i remain in the job .

I doing the service from day one under Pvt. Ltd. company. Please give me a concrit idea, how it is possible to increased the pension amount upto Rs.30,000/- per month after my age of retaired ment. Now I am already done 27 yrs service in the same company ( No Break of service). Now 1.5 years service is break. At present I already joined the another Pvt.Ltd. company. I have 2 UANs and worked for same organization for 10 years, they had their trust. Transfer form submitted and it was successful as per Annexure K from old UAN to new UAN. In new UAN not able to see previous employment details before 2014 but while checking with EPFO, they are telling as service of old UAN transferred to new UAN. Now issue is claim is settled for 7 years of UAN from 2014 to 2021 but couldn't claim for old UAN as for old account claim is rejected with reason claim already transferred. If they transferred and able to see inside new UAN (I am not able to see complete service history) why claim is settled for 7 years which should either rejected as I completed overall 10 years or it should be completely paid for 9 years if they exclude any training period like gratuity? Please clarify this as how to proceed for claim of initial 3 years or do I have to pay them back and take scheme certificate to get pension after 58?

I have worked for 3.4 years in a company and I've claimed for EPS as well which was got rejected and the reason was ' Not Eligible ' which I do not understand because I've waited for 60 days after leaving my job , so that I can claim for my eps withdrawl amount. The pension payment order does not conform to what you are saying in no way what so ever. It is often said that the fractional year if less than 6 months is ignored and more than 6 months is counted as one year. The calculation of pensionable salary doesn't have any significance. In the PPO the service is split into two parts based on the capped salary of 6500 and 15000. The days counted from 16/11/95 to 30/09/2014 and from 3/10/2014 till date of retirement are also incorrect. Bonus years 730 days are added in days of 6500 cap. And in second part instead of 15000 the average of 60 months salary is taken which is less than 15000/-. This is an absurd logic. Why 730 days are added in the days where cap is 6500/- . Please let me know your cell to have better information sharing.

Somebody who moves from one company to another then Pension fund in old passbook remains unpaid. If this continues for another 2 / 3 more company transfers then a princely amount get stuck in multiple old passbooks. Before attaching 58 years if member withdraws these amounts then what is its effect on his pension amount on retirement. Is there any loss in service period due to these withdraws. In future if any of the old company gets closer then what will happen to pension amount stuck there. Is it always advisable to withdraw pension fund from old company after transfer to another company?

What happens to amount contributed in pension. As explained in your video for pension fixation this amount is no where appearing. Does it mean that one person whose contribution is 34K and other who contributed 64k in 15 years doesn't make any different difference.
