Hello everyone. Welcome back to our channel.
Those who have experienced a relationship with a narcissist understand the cyclic nature of their love. There are times when they shower you with attention, purchasing lavish gifts, and declaring their unprecedented feelings for you. They make you feel like you're the center of their universe, the apple of their eye.
However, this affectionate behavior is often short-lived. Soon enough, they start to criticize your style of dressing, your manner of speaking, and they even go as far as making you question your own sanity. Their once loving demeanor morphs into something entirely different, almost unrecognizable. The person who once adored you now seems to find fault in everything you do.
And then, without any forewarning, they get bored. They leave you, making you feel as though you never held any significance in their life. It's a cold, harsh feeling, as if you were merely a pawn in their game, easily disposable and quickly forgotten. However, this changes abruptly when they require an ego boost. Suddenly, you matter again. They come running back, almost as if nothing ever happened.
But imagine a scenario where the power dynamics were reversed. What if you could be the one who determines the course of the relationship? What if the narcissist comes back to you, but now it's on your terms?
So, how can you make a narcissist miss you? The answer is simpler than you might think. Ignorance is a potent tool in this scenario. Ignore them, and you'd be surprised at the lengths they'll go to capture your attention. Narcissists thrive on interest and admiration. They crave the attention they get from others. Therefore, playing hard to get can be one of the most effective strategies to lure them back.

A narcissist will never miss you . That would emply they did something wrong. If you've ever dealt with a true narcissist you know they are never ever wrong. When you 2 break up, they didnt mistake in chosing you, You changed and thus the breakup is correct as well. And round and round you go on the logical Merry-go-round.

You've captured the essence of dealing with a narcissist quite accurately. Their inability to accept responsibility or acknowledge their own faults can indeed create a frustrating and exhaustive cycle. It's important to remember that their perspective is not a reflection of your worth. Thank you for sharing your insights, they're truly valuable for those going through similar experiences. Stay strong! 💪

He blocked my cellphone number first and discarded me in mid March after I'd texted one of my female cousins that he is my boyfriend. And after he said for me to leave him alone on a recent Wednesday morning. He stalked me on a Saturday afternoon finally.

It sounds like you've been through a turbulent and distressing experience. Being blocked and discarded unexpectedly, followed by contradictory behavior, can be deeply confusing and hurtful. It's important to prioritize your emotional well-being and safety in such situations. Remember, no one deserves to be treated with such inconsistency and disrespect. Focus on self-care and setting boundaries that protect your peace and dignity.

That's a really valid point and an important question to ask. Many people find themselves tangled in the cycle of hoping for change or clinging to the good moments, despite the pain. It often comes down to the complex dynamics of emotional attachment and the hope that the person will change. However, recognizing self-worth and understanding that one deserves a healthy, respectful relationship is crucial. It's about moving forward and finding peace within ourselves. Your comment highlights the importance of self-reflection and prioritizing our own emotional wellbeing. Thanks for bringing up such a significant aspect of the conversation!

Nobody likes it when others spread false information about them, so sometimes it's necessary to take action. If the false information reaches the level of defamation and is spread to third parties, it may constitute the legal charge of libel (if written) or of slander (if spoken). But what if the false reports and charges are made in a private letter only to the person being attacked? No lawsuit in this case, but the person may wish to respond forcefully to prevent further communication of the lies. Libel and Slander When someone's false reports harm another person's personal or professional reputation or his livelihood, it is called defamation. The law allows a person to recover damages for defamation when the false accusations are passed on to third parties and cause harm to the person being discussed. Libel and slander are slightly different offenses. Slander occurs when someone speaks badly about another person, and the remarks are heard by a third person, injuring the subject's reputation or character. To be slander, the insulting words do not need to be recorded and slander can also include hand gestures. Sometimes the false negative remarks are written, not spoken, or are published in a form that makes the comments accessible by third parties, including recorded audio. This form of defamation is called libel.

Thank you for the detailed explanation on defamation, libel, and slander. This is indeed valuable information. It's crucial to know our rights and understand how to respond when faced with such situations. In the context of private letters, as you mentioned, it might not be a legal case but it's still essential to respond assertively and seek professional advice if necessary. Your contribution to this discussion is much appreciated!

I don't at all think the narcissist misses the one they lost. Or, the one who successfully got rid of him/her. What the narcissist must miss is the quality of the game he and his victim played to no end when they were together. That's what he'll miss Past leaving a narcissist what becomes a saving grace, is realizing that the one they thought to love, is nothing, was nothing, and will never be any other thing, and I mean "thing" than a game. A game no different, for example, ( f you must); Parchesi, Candy Lane, Monopoly...any of many games played for entertainment value. And, no more. If you can finally see the narcissist as a game, and only the game he has been, you can put him aside, as you'd put any game, past playing, in the closet. To be played, or not again, for entertainment purposes, but, Only! Doing this, is really up to you, if ever again you'd like to be entertained. If not, and again, the choice is yours, just leave it in the closet then, for good.

Thank you for sharing such a profound insight. You've highlighted an important aspect of dealing with a narcissist: recognizing that they view relationships as a game. It's a tough realization, but indeed a necessary one for healing. Your analogy of putting the 'game' back in the closet is quite powerful. I hope this perspective helps others in their journey of healing and moving forward. Keep sharing and stay strong.

@NarcPedia
@NarcPedia 3 месяца назад
It sounds like you've been through a truly difficult and painful experience. Being left to navigate the aftermath of such actions can be incredibly challenging, especially when children are involved. It's normal to feel a range of emotions, including relief or even a sense of justice hearing that the person who caused so much pain is not as happy as they hoped. However, focusing on your healing and the well-being of your children is what truly matters. It's important to remember that your happiness and peace are not tied to someone else's misery. You deserve to find genuine happiness and contentment on your own terms. I hope you and your kids find all the strength and support you need to move forward and create a joyful, fulfilling life. Thank you for sharing your story; it's a reminder of the resilience and strength that lies within us all.
