Thank You!
Hello everyone, and welcome back to our channel. If you have recently experienced being discarded, cut off, or given the silent treatment by a Narcissist, I understand how heavy this can feel on your heart. It can weigh down your spirit and create a sense of despair.
However, I want to assure you that you will get through this difficult time. It may seem hard to believe, and it might feel like I am painting an unrealistic picture when I say that the Narcissist will never truly get over you. But trust me, you just need to allow time to work its magic. Time is a crucial element in healing.
In the early days after a breakup or a difficult situation with a Narcissist, you may struggle with sleepless nights, loss of appetite, and anxiety. You might find yourself waking up in the middle of the night, feeling lost and unable to eat. It can feel as if you are trapped in a bad dream, where everything you once knew has come crashing down. Meanwhile, you may see the Narcissist seemingly living their best life, which can further amplify your pain. But I assure you, this is an illusion. Their apparent happiness does not reflect reality.
As you embark on your healing journey, it is essential to take it seriously. The more you focus on your own recovery, the more control you will regain over your life. Healing takes time, and as you progress, the situation will gradually shift in your favor. The Narcissist will eventually come to realize just how remarkable you truly are.
At the moment of discard, the Narcissist has likely devalued you to an extreme degree. They took you for granted and failed to appreciate your worth. In their distorted perception, they may believe that you have caused them Narcissistic injuries. This is not your fault, but in their troubled minds, they may interpret certain actions or choices you made during the relationship as betrayals. This perception can lead them to seek revenge against you.
