@@MovieMajorMarvin Ah, shoot. Thanks for catching that. Probably means SS loses even harder then. There were also a few other small things, one turn taking out Robin with Tinker Bell I didn’t draw off the Robin banish for the Steel Song player. There was also something else but I forgot lol
@@QuantumMercury it’s tough thinking for both sides of the board 100% of the time. I would do this in paper last set and forgot the Diablo draw trigger all the time
I think turn 3 Pete with SS might have the play since you saw them pull whole new world off the Ariel. Imo the key is to develop early board presence instead of prioritizing ramp, and you said yourself the draw off that chicha isn’t too valuable
What do you think on not running Robin Hood on amber steel songs? I made a build without him and added some Cinderellas stouthearted shift lines. truth is there's a lot of things to do on turn 3 instead of shifting robin or even losing the cost one robin in the first 2 turns. queen shift queen, Ariel, followed by naveen, smee, or even daisy seems a better tempo for singing more songs on every turn. But you're the man! let me know!
I feel like Chicha is a trap for Sapphire/Steel, especially with Whole New World. She slows down the board too much and can't help out Daisy Duck until turn 4 when you don't run a 1 cost character.
Like Quantum said, you should not be running AWNW with Chicha. She does slow down the early game tempo, but her card advantage helps you pull ahead of your OP where as AWNW resets the game state.
I’m currently testing blue steel and I feel like it can hold its own this meta. I got 3rd the other night for my locals which is pretty much one of the more stacked locals that Florida has
