As far as I know, if a person in the game forgets to say UNO and other people find out, he or she has to draw 2 cards, but if not, still play.

@@unboxography You can put a +2 on top of another +2 instead of drawing. It goes to the next person and at that point it is +4 then +6 then +8 and so on.

@@unboxography idk if i'm correct but, if he would do that the right player woud draw 4 cards, and cause of the blue +2 card the game would continue with the blue line of cards and since the left player didn't had any blue cards (only red), he rather choose to draw one.. all i'm saying is, if he would place his +2 card the right player draws 4 cards and ends his turn, but the left player wouldn't be able to finish the game with the red card, so he would need to draw anyway..
